{"id":2352,"date":"2018-03-29T10:45:39","date_gmt":"2018-03-29T08:45:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/plan-social-signe-chez-mahle-behr"},"modified":"2023-06-14T09:46:55","modified_gmt":"2023-06-14T07:46:55","slug":"plan-social-signe-chez-mahle-behr","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/plan-social-signe-chez-mahle-behr\/","title":{"rendered":"Plan social sign\u00e9 chez MAHLE-BEHR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-25745\" style=\"border: 0px none;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/mahle.jpg\" alt=\"mahle\" width=\"300\" height=\"201\" \/>En date du 26 mars 2018, l\u2019OGBL, le LCGB et les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel, ont conclu un accord dans le cadre du plan social initi\u00e9 le 12 mars 2018 par la direction de MAHLE-BEHR Luxembourg.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s 15 jours cons\u00e9cutifs de n\u00e9gociations, les syndicats ont pu mettre en place un filet social aidant \u00e0 soutenir les salari\u00e9s touch\u00e9s par le plan social annonc\u00e9. Des mesures sociales dont notamment la pr\u00e9retraite-ajustement, ainsi que des formations seront ont pu \u00eatre n\u00e9goci\u00e9es. Des transferts internes entre les diff\u00e9rentes entit\u00e9s l\u00e9gales de MAHLE seront \u00e9galement mis en pratique.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cet accord valable jusqu\u2019au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2019 des indemnit\u00e9s extral\u00e9gales tenant compte de l\u2019anciennet\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9goci\u00e9es pour soutenir les salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s par le plan social.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communiqu\u00e9 par le syndicat Services et Energie de l\u2019OGBL<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>le 29 mars 2018<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3800,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[54],"syndicat":[73],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
