Le 23 f\u00e9vrier, les ouvriers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 oblig\u00e9s de d\u00e9poser au si\u00e8ge les camionnettes et tout l\u2019\u00e9quipement de l\u2019entreprise en leur possession. Ils ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9s en cong\u00e9 pour raison d\u2019intemp\u00e9ries.<\/p>\n<p>Anticipant une faillite \u00e0 venir, l\u2019OGBL a d\u00e9j\u00e0 organis\u00e9 le 27 f\u00e9vrier, \u00e0 Diekirch, une r\u00e9union pour informer les salari\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise \u00abL\u2019Habitat Construction\u00bb de l\u2019envoi d\u2019une mise en demeure \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de leur employeur et pour les renseigner sur leurs droits et garanties au cas o\u00f9 la faillite de l\u2019entreprise serait prononc\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>La faillite \u00e9tant d\u00e9sormais d\u00e9clar\u00e9e, l\u2019OGBL a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019occuper de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement des d\u00e9clarations de cr\u00e9ances des salari\u00e9s et de toutes les d\u00e9marches n\u00e9cessaires afin de leur garantir le meilleur soutien dans la p\u00e9riode difficile qu\u2019ils traversent.<\/p>\n<p><b>Communiqu\u00e9 par le syndicat\u00a0 B\u00e2timent, Artisanat du B\u00e2timent et Construction de l\u2019OGBL<br \/>\nle 1<sup>er<\/sup> mars 2018<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[46],"syndicat":[81],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
