{"id":2342,"date":"2018-02-23T10:11:35","date_gmt":"2018-02-23T09:11:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/une-serie-dameliorations-obtenues-pour-le-personnel"},"modified":"2023-06-16T12:52:13","modified_gmt":"2023-06-16T10:52:13","slug":"une-serie-dameliorations-obtenues-pour-le-personnel","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/une-serie-dameliorations-obtenues-pour-le-personnel\/","title":{"rendered":"Une s\u00e9rie d\u2019am\u00e9liorations obtenues pour le personnel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p>En date du 22 f\u00e9vrier 2018, l\u2019OGBL, seul syndicat repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au sein de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel, et la direction du Luxembourg Institute of Health (LIH) ont sign\u00e9 le renouvellement de l\u2019accord collectif de travail (ACT) pour les salari\u00e9s du LIH, qui est un accord subordonn\u00e9 de la convention-cadre s\u2019appliquant aux centres de recherche publics. L\u2019accord s\u2019applique \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble du personnel du LIH, y compris les salari\u00e9s de l\u2019IBBL (Integrated Biobank of Luxembourg). Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un premier renouvellement de l\u2019ACT LIH, l\u2019accord initial ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 le 22 d\u00e9cembre 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Les n\u00e9gociations pour le renouvellement ont abouti \u00e0 un certain nombre d\u2019am\u00e9liorations par rapport au texte de 2016, pr\u00e9voyant notamment les mesures suivantes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Augmentation des salaires de d\u00e9but et de fin de carri\u00e8re pour tous les niveaux et paliers d\u2019expertise de 150 euros\/mois avec effet au 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2018 (\u00e0 l\u2019exception des doctorants et \u00abpostdoctoral fellows\u00bb financ\u00e9s par des organismes tiers)<\/li>\n<li>Augmentation du nombre de jours de cong\u00e9 de 28 \u00e0 32 avec int\u00e9gration des jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s d\u2019usage (pouvant correspondre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 1,5 jours de cong\u00e9 de plus par ann\u00e9e)<\/li>\n<li>Extension de la possibilit\u00e9 de reporter des jours de cong\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante (8 jours jusqu\u2019au 30 avril, voire jusqu\u2019au 31 d\u00e9cembre dans le cas d\u2019un accord particulier entre le salari\u00e9 et l\u2019employeur et apr\u00e8s retour du cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9\/cong\u00e9 parental)<\/li>\n<li>Clarification des proc\u00e9dures pour le m\u00e9canisme de validation des propositions d\u2019\u00e9valuation<\/li>\n<li>Clarifications du texte par rapport aux astreintes et au travail \u00e0 domicile<\/li>\n<li>Adaptation du texte de la m\u00e9thodologie de classification des fonctions aux m\u00e9tiers de la recherche<\/li>\n<li>Introduction du travail \u00e0 temps partiel pour motifs personnels \u00e0 dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e, avec retour au temps plein \u00e0 la fin de la p\u00e9riode<\/li>\n<li>Mesures en faveur des salari\u00e9s \u00e2g\u00e9s, qui seront mises en \u0153uvre en coop\u00e9ration avec la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les autres acquis extral\u00e9gaux de l\u2019ACT restent inchang\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019accord collectif est conclu pour une dur\u00e9e d\u2019un an, \u00e0 savoir du 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2018 au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2018.<\/p>\n<p><b>Communiqu\u00e9 par le syndicat Education et Sciences (SEW) de l\u2019OGBL<br \/>\nle 23 f\u00e9vrier 2018<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3812,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[49],"syndicat":[77],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
