L\u2019OGBL se dit choqu\u00e9 par l\u2019annonce d\u2019un plan social massif chez Mahle Behr Luxembourg \u00e0 Foetz. La direction vient\u00a0 d\u2019annoncer la suppression de 63 postes de travail sur 95. Mahle Luxembourg et Mahle Behr Luxembourg font partie de la Mahle Stiftung GmbH (fondation Mahle GmbH) et se sont install\u00e9s au Luxembourg en juillet 2015.<\/p>\n

L\u2019OGBL, offusqu\u00e9 par l\u2019intention de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de mettre fin \u00e0 une grande partie de ses activit\u00e9s sur le site luxembourgeois, s\u2019engage \u00e0 tout mettre en \u0153uvre afin de maintenir le plus grand nombre de postes de travail que possible.<\/p>\n

L\u2019annonce de la direction de Mahle Behr est d\u2019autant plus dure qu\u2019une bonne partie des salari\u00e9s potentiellement concern\u00e9s par cette nouvelle d\u00e9sastreuse, furent d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u2019objet d\u2019une reprise de la part de Mahle dans le cadre du rachat d\u2019une division du sous-traitant automobile Delphi Automotive, il y a deux ans. A l\u2019\u00e9poque, l\u2019OGBL, seul signataire contractant de la convention collective chez Delphi, et la direction de Mahle et Mahle Behr s\u2019\u00e9taient mis d\u2019accord pour reprendre toutes les dispositions de la convention collective de Delphi dans une convention collective pour Mahle. Ainsi, tous les acquis qui d\u00e9terminent les conditions de travail et de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des salari\u00e9s \u00e9taient assur\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019OGBL.<\/p>\n

L\u2019OGBL mettra tout en \u0153uvre afin de pr\u00e9server un maximum de postes de travail. Les n\u00e9gociations avec la direction de Mahle Behr en vue d\u2019un \u00e9tablissement d\u2019un plan de maintien dans l\u2019emploi d\u00e9buteront le 12 mars.<\/p>\n
