Chemolux belongs to the British McBride group and produces dishwasher powder.<\/p>\n<p>After lengthy negotiations, the social partners have finally reached an agreement covering the three-year period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Here are the main improvements included in the new agreement:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5% salary increase for all employees effective January 1, 2024<\/li>\n<li>1% salary increase for all employees as of January 1, 2025<\/li>\n<li>50 euro increase in the monthly &#8220;4*8&#8221; bonus from January 1, 2024, bringing its monthly value to 100 euros<\/li>\n<li>all employees will receive a &#8220;voucher&#8221; with a net value of 100 euros as of January 1, 2024<\/li>\n<li>modification of the flexitime system to allow a better work-life balance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Press release from the OGBL Chemistry Syndicate,<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>February 13, 2024<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":23142,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[162],"syndicat":[165],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
