{"id":2287,"date":"2017-10-26T09:39:21","date_gmt":"2017-10-26T07:39:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/nouveau-plan-social-chez-delphi"},"modified":"2023-06-14T09:50:03","modified_gmt":"2023-06-14T07:50:03","slug":"nouveau-plan-social-chez-delphi","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/nouveau-plan-social-chez-delphi\/","title":{"rendered":"Nouveau plan social chez Delphi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/delphi.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-22650\" style=\"border: 0px none;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/delphi.jpg\" alt=\"delphi\" width=\"300\" \/><\/a>En date du 24 octobre 2017, un plan social a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 entre Delphi et l\u2019OGBL, seul syndicat \u00e0 \u00eatre repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au sein de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel dans cette entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, le groupe Delphi a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de r\u00e9organiser sa structure d\u2019entreprise au niveau mondial. Le segment \u00abPowertrain Systems\u00bb formera d\u00e9sormais une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ind\u00e9pendante d\u00e9nomm\u00e9e Delphi Technologies. Toutes les autres fonctions feront partie de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dite Aptiv, qui quittera le Luxembourg et sera essentiellement bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Dublin.<\/p>\n<p>Concr\u00e8tement, cela signifie que les salari\u00e9s de Delphi Automotive Systems Luxembourg (DASL) feront tous partie de Delphi Technologies et ne seront donc pas concern\u00e9s par le plan social. Par contre, concernant les salari\u00e9s de Delphi International Operations Luxembourg (DIOL), soit ils seront transf\u00e9r\u00e9s vers la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui reste au Grand-Duch\u00e9, soit ils partiront \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, soit leur emploi sera supprim\u00e9 et ils seront licenci\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le nombre de licenciements pr\u00e9vus s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve au maximum \u00e0 42. Certains salari\u00e9s ont eu une proposition de poste \u00e0 Dublin qu\u2019ils peuvent accepter ou refuser. En cas de refus, ils seront couverts par le plan social. De m\u00eame, la possibilit\u00e9 de transferts suppl\u00e9mentaires vers Delphi Technologies continue \u00e0 \u00eatre \u00e9tudi\u00e9e. A cette fin, un plan de d\u00e9part volontaire a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre du plan social, l\u2019OGBL et les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel ont pu obtenir diverses mesures sociales et financi\u00e8res d\u2019accompagnement en faveur des salari\u00e9s licenci\u00e9s. Parmi ces mesures, citons: une indemnit\u00e9 extra-l\u00e9gale de base \u00e0 laquelle s\u2019ajoute une indemnit\u00e9 li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019anciennet\u00e9 et \u00e0 la situation familiale, un budget permettant de r\u00e9aliser un \u00aboutplacement\u00bb et\/ou une formation ou encore, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, une aide au d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement.<\/p>\n<p><b>Une d\u00e9cision incompr\u00e9hensible<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 tout, l\u2019annonce de ce nouveau plan social a constitu\u00e9 un v\u00e9ritable choc pour les salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Pour l\u2019OGBL, cette d\u00e9cision consistant \u00e0 d\u00e9localiser les activit\u00e9s de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Aptiv en Irlande reste totalement incompr\u00e9hensible. En effet, le Luxembourg constitue un environnement particuli\u00e8rement favorable et int\u00e9ressant pour d\u00e9velopper des activit\u00e9s administratives ainsi que celles li\u00e9es aux nouvelles technologies d\u2019une entreprise mondialement active dans le secteur du d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019\u00e9quipements automobiles. Malheureusement, ce seront les salari\u00e9s qui devront maintenant payer les pots cass\u00e9s de cette d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut \u00e9galement rappeler qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u00e9j\u00e0 du quatri\u00e8me plan social en moins de 10 ans.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OGBL est particuli\u00e8rement inquiet de cette diminution constante et progressive de l\u2019emploi et exige des r\u00e9ponses claires de la part de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 quant \u00e0 ses engagements futurs au Luxembourg.<\/p>\n<p>Le maintien et le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019emploi doivent rester une priorit\u00e9 absolue!<\/p>\n<p><b>Communiqu\u00e9 par <\/b><b>le <\/b><b>syndicat Services et Energie de l\u2019OGBL<br \/>\nle 26 octobre 2017 <\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3853,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[54],"syndicat":[73],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
