Elle est valable jusqu\u2019au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2019.<br \/>\nLes n\u00e9gociations compliqu\u00e9es traitaient d\u2019une adaptation \u00e0 la valeur salariale des employ\u00e9s et d\u2019une introduction de plans de travail.<br \/>\nCi-dessous les am\u00e9liorations n\u00e9goci\u00e9es:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adaptation du point indiciaire \u00e0 celui des employ\u00e9s communaux; cela signifie une augmentation salariale de 5,5%;<\/li>\n<li>une augmentation salariale suppl\u00e9mentaire d\u20191,5%;<\/li>\n<li>le versement d\u2019une prime annuelle unique d\u20191% du salaire brut, calcul\u00e9 sur l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2016;<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019introduction d\u2019un cong\u00e9 social de 24 heures par trimestre;<\/li>\n<li>augmentation des aides familiales \u00e0 27 points indiciaires; l\u2019augmentation des aides familiales pour salari\u00e9s sera adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 29 points indiciaires d\u00e8s que l\u2019accord salarial de la fonction publique sera compl\u00e8tement mis en \u0153uvre;<\/li>\n<li>promotion des salari\u00e9es du service nettoyage \u00e0 la carri\u00e8re B;<\/li>\n<li>la prise en compte du temps de travail ant\u00e9rieur pour tous les salari\u00e9s communaux;<\/li>\n<li>un taux unique de 50% pour heures suppl\u00e9mentaires;<\/li>\n<li>une augmentation de 75% de la prime pour travail de nuit;<\/li>\n<li>une augmentation de la prime pour travaux au cimeti\u00e8re \u00e0 100 euros.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3862,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[53],"syndicat":[71],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
