(Allgemeine Land- und Seespedition), refusent cat\u00e9goriquement de n\u00e9gocier une nouvelle convention collective pour ses quelque 70 salari\u00e9s du personnel navigant. Les deux entreprises appartiennent au groupe allemand \u201eRhenus Logistics\u201c. En 2015, CFNR a vendu sa flotte au groupe Rhenus Logistics, qui, en 2016, a \u00e9galement repris le transporteur A.L.S.<\/p>\n<p>En juin 2016, CFNR Lux a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 la convention collective existante et s\u2019oppose rigoureusement \u00e0 la n\u00e9gociation d\u2019une nouvelle CCT.
