Apr\u00e8s maints d\u00e9boires et de multiples r\u00e9unions, ainsi qu\u2019un passage par l\u2019Office National de Conciliation un accord a finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 deux mois apr\u00e8s l\u2019annonce faite par l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Cet accord est essentiellement ax\u00e9 sur des mesures d\u2019accompagnement sociales (pr\u00e9retraite) et financi\u00e8res pour les salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s par le plan social. Le chiffre initial de 54 licenciements pr\u00e9vus a pu \u00eatre r\u00e9duit \u00e0 50.<\/p>\n<p>Les n\u00e9gociations de ce plan social ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9, une fois de plus et de mani\u00e8re dramatique, l\u2019urgence de modifier la l\u00e9gislation sur les licenciements collectifs en les rendant plus contraignants, voire impossibles pour des entreprises qui, comme John Zink, sont largement b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires et connaissent une situation financi\u00e8re excellente (y compris au cours du premier trimestre 2017).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019attitude ind\u00e9cente de la direction locale tout au long des n\u00e9gociations, son refus de n\u00e9gocier un vrai plan de maintien dans l\u2019emploi et son attitude plus que douteuse par rapport au mod\u00e8le du dialogue social pratiqu\u00e9 au Luxembourg ont pes\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re extr\u00eamement n\u00e9gative sur le d\u00e9roulement des n\u00e9gociations.<\/p>\n<p>Ceci appelle \u00e9galement une modification de la l\u00e9gislation, en pr\u00e9voyant notamment de lourdes amendes pour les entreprises qui refusent toute n\u00e9gociation s\u00e9rieuse et qui distillent au compte-goutte les informations n\u00e9cessaires au c\u00f4t\u00e9 syndical pour se faire par exemple une image concr\u00e8te et r\u00e9aliste du plan industriel envisag\u00e9 pour le futur.<\/p>\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, il faut agir rapidement afin d\u2019\u00e9viter \u00e0 l\u2019avenir des abus suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n<p><b>Communiqu\u00e9 par le syndicat Transformation sur m\u00e9taux<br \/>\nle 31 mai 2017<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3893,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[162],"syndicat":[165],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
