Les n\u00e9gociations autour d\u2019un mod\u00e8le de carri\u00e8res revaloris\u00e9es ont avanc\u00e9es. Pourtant, le 29 mars 2017 a eu lieu une r\u00e9union de n\u00e9gociation entre FHL et syndicats o\u00f9 les positions ont de nouveau commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 diverger.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, nous avions au fil des trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es trouv\u00e9 des accords implicites au sein de la commission paritaire sur certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments de chiffrage de l\u2019enveloppe financi\u00e8re. Actuellement, la FHL annonce vouloir \u00e9ventuellement revenir sur ses engagements pris. Nous regrettions tr\u00e8s fortement devoir faire marche arri\u00e8re sur ces engagements mutuels et recommencer les calculs d\u00e9j\u00e0 faits et nous faisons un appel \u00e0 la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des H\u00f4pitaux d\u2019agir avec nous dans le sens d\u2019une solution rapide et constructive.<\/p>\n<p>Une prochaine r\u00e9union de n\u00e9gociation FHL est fix\u00e9e au 3 mai 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les deux CCT, SAS et FHL, nous n\u2019avons plus de temps \u00e0 perdre ! La lutte pour les carri\u00e8res continue !<\/p>\n<p>La campagne de mobilisation pour les carri\u00e8res continue!
