Le 30 mars 2017 a eu lieu la premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union \u00e0 l\u2019Office national de Conciliation entre les syndicats et les employeurs du secteur SAS. Dans cette r\u00e9union, l\u2019OGBL a encore une fois soulign\u00e9 le ras-le-bol du personnel et a insist\u00e9 que la revalorisation des carri\u00e8res doit absolument \u00eatre transpos\u00e9e dans la CCT SAS sans perdre encore plus de temps!<\/p>\n

Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des employeurs, leur porte-parole a:
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0lament\u00e9 sur la politique d\u2019aust\u00e9rit\u00e9 du gouvernement
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0soulign\u00e9 que les salaires SAS sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9s, parmi les meilleurs du pays
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0insist\u00e9 qu\u2019une revalorisation partielle devra suffire
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0continu\u00e9 \u00e0 se braquer sur sa position malgr\u00e9 la mobilisation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des salari\u00e9s de leur secteur
\nLeur proposition de limiter la revalorisation des carri\u00e8res \u00e0 un volume de 5 ann\u00e9es et de devoir ren\u00e9gocier tous les 5 ans, est inacceptable et une provocation de tous les salari\u00e9s! Apr\u00e8s des longues heures de r\u00e9union \u00e0 l\u2019Office national de Conciliation, les parties n\u2019ont pu trouver aucun terrain d\u2019entente.
\nLe d\u00e9lai l\u00e9gal des 16 semaines a donc commenc\u00e9. Apr\u00e8s ces 16 semaines, l\u2019OGBL pourra demander l\u2019\u00e9chec de la conciliation et aura donc le droit de gr\u00e8ve.
