Apr\u00e8s de longues n\u00e9gociations, les syndicats et la direction de Garanti Bank SA Luxembourg Branch ont trouv\u00e9 un accord fin mars 2017 en ce qui concerne les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019un plan social. Pour rappel, la fermeture de Garanti Bank SA Luxembourg Branch prendra effet au 30 juin 2017, et l\u2019ensemble de ses activit\u00e9s seront transf\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e0 Malte.
\nParmi les quatorze salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s, onze seront licenci\u00e9s \u00e0 la fermeture de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement et deux seront transf\u00e9r\u00e9s dans d\u2019autres branches europ\u00e9ennes de la banque.
\nLes syndicats ont pu obtenir pour les salari\u00e9s licenci\u00e9s des conditions de d\u00e9part avantageuses, comme une indemnisation extra-l\u00e9gale, la possibilit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9avis prolong\u00e9, une indemnit\u00e9 li\u00e9e \u00e0 la situation familiale et un budget pour la formation et l\u2019outplacement.
\nOr, l\u2019OGBL-SBA regrette qu\u2019une nouvelle fois des salari\u00e9s fassent les frais de la course au profit que les \u00e9tablissements de cr\u00e9dit se livrent sur la Place financi\u00e8re, alors que ce sont pourtant ces m\u00eames salari\u00e9s qui ont contribu\u00e9 au d\u00e9veloppement et au succ\u00e8s des entreprises qui les emploient.<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[52],"syndicat":[74],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\r\nPlan social \u2013 enfin un accord! -
