Elle est valable jusqu\u2019au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2018. Elle concerne environ 2 000 salari\u00e9s communaux.<\/p>\n<p><b>Voici les am\u00e9liorations d\u00e9j\u00e0 n\u00e9goci\u00e9es:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l\u2019augmentation du point indiciaire de 2,2%. <b>Celle-ci a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 accomplie le 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2015!;<\/b><\/li>\n<li>le versement d\u2019une prime annuelle unique de 0,9%;<\/li>\n<li>une augmentation du nombre des heures disponibles pour visites m\u00e9dicales \u00e0 20 heures par an;<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019introduction d\u2019un cong\u00e9 social de 8 heures par mois;<\/li>\n<li>des adaptations ponctuelles de la CCT au droit du travail en vigueur;<\/li>\n<li>une am\u00e9lioration des dispositions concernant le \u00abreclassement professionnel interne\u00bb;<\/li>\n<li>un renforcement et une am\u00e9lioration du dialogue social dans les Communes du Sud;<\/li>\n<li>dispositions concernant le harc\u00e8lement moral et sexuel au travail;<\/li>\n<li>dispositions concernant les demandes de cong\u00e9s sans solde;<\/li>\n<li>un suppl\u00e9ment mensuel de 8 points indiciaires en cas de remplacement d\u2019une plus haute t\u00e2che;<\/li>\n<li>un suppl\u00e9ment mensuel de 8 points indiciaires pour le portier rempla\u00e7ant;<\/li>\n<li>un suppl\u00e9ment mensuel de 8 points indiciaires pour le chef de service;<\/li>\n<li>une simplification des dispositions lors de l\u2019avancement vers le statut d\u2019aide-ouvrier;<\/li>\n<li>un rallongement de la carri\u00e8re du contrema\u00eetre issu d\u2019une carri\u00e8re C;<\/li>\n<li>la mise en place d\u2019une augmentation salariale mensuelle pour la t\u00e2che de \u00abtuteur\u00bb ou d\u2019\u00abinstructeur\u00bb;<\/li>\n<li>une version fran\u00e7aise de la CCT.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Les contractants ont mis sur pieds un groupe de travail paritaire en vue d\u2019un remaniement de toutes les carri\u00e8res, qui devrait arriver au bout des n\u00e9gociations au plus tard pour le 30 juin 2017 et dont les principaux buts sont:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l\u2019application de diverses parties du nouvel accord salarial dans les services publics, comme p.ex. le versement d\u2019une prime unique annuelle d\u20181% ainsi que l\u2019augmentation du compl\u00e9ment repas;<\/li>\n<li>la protection de la coh\u00e9rence salariale entre les diff\u00e9rentes cat\u00e9gories professionnelles au sein des communes par introduction d\u2019une proc\u00e9dure d\u2019entr\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e. Cette nouvelle proc\u00e9dure d\u2019entr\u00e9e s\u2019inspire de la r\u00e9forme salariale statutaire du service public;<\/li>\n<li>la modification de la structure des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations des salari\u00e9s communaux par l\u2019introduction de carri\u00e8res lin\u00e9aires.
