\"manif_sante_2\"<\/a>Contrairement \u00e0 ce qui est affirm\u00e9 par certains m\u00e9dias, le conflit social dans le cadre du renouvellement de la convention collective du secteur d’aide et de soins et du secteur social (SAS) est encore loin d\u2019\u00eatre r\u00e9solu. Les v\u00e9ritables n\u00e9gociations n\u2019ont d\u2019ailleurs m\u00eame pas encore d\u00e9but\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Il est exact que les organisations syndicales et les organisations patronales du secteur SAS ainsi que des repr\u00e9sentants des minist\u00e8res de tutelle \u00e9taient \u00e0 nouveau r\u00e9unis dans le cadre de la commission ASFT ce vendredi 25 novembre. Il est \u00e9galement exact que les partenaires sociaux sont tout proches d\u2019un accord en ce qui concerne le projet d\u2019avis commun qu\u2019ils doivent transmettre au gouvernement. Mais ce projet d\u2019avis commun n\u2019est en rien d\u00e9terminant en ce qui concerne l\u2019issue des v\u00e9ritables n\u00e9gociations \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n

A ce stade, il s\u2019agit pour les partenaires sociaux uniquement d\u2019\u00e9laborer un \u00abavis\u00bb commun, constituant seulement une nouvelle estimation du niveau de d\u00e9penses pr\u00e9visibles en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration du personnel dans le secteur SAS, en se basant\u00a0sur les derni\u00e8res \u00e9volutions ayant eu cours dans la fonction publique.<\/p>\n

Les v\u00e9ritables n\u00e9gociations entre partenaires sociaux ne d\u00e9buteront que lorsque le gouvernement aura fix\u00e9 d\u00e9finitivement le montant de l\u2019enveloppe budg\u00e9taire qu\u2019il alloue au secteur (le gouvernement n\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs pas oblig\u00e9 de suivre l\u2019avis commun des partenaires sociaux). C\u2019est alors seulement que les n\u00e9gociations entre organisations syndicales et organisations patronales portant sur la r\u00e9partition concr\u00e8te de cette enveloppe budg\u00e9taire d\u00e9buteront.<\/p>\n

Le conflit social entre organisations syndicales et organisations patronales reste donc entier dans le secteur SAS. En effet, les v\u00e9ritables n\u00e9gociations dans le cadre desquelles l\u2019OGBL revendique une revalorisation des carri\u00e8res \u2013 qui demeurent plus que l\u00e9gitimes et pour laquelle plus de 9 000 professionnels du secteur SAS et FHL ont manifest\u00e9 le 4 juin dernier \u2013 n\u2019ont donc pas encore d\u00e9but\u00e9.<\/p>\n
