La revendication de l\u2019OGBL de n\u00e9gocier un plan social a \u00e9t\u00e9 entendue. Les pourparlers ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 officiellement le 6 octobre et se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9s dans les d\u00e9lais pr\u00e9vus par la loi. Avant le d\u00e9but des n\u00e9gociations, des bilans de comp\u00e9tences avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9s et des formations avaient \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9es pour les salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2018OGBL a pu obtenir diverses mesures d\u2019accompagnement sociales et financi\u00e8res en faveur des 14 salari\u00e9s encore employ\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s de Twinerg, dont notamment des indemnit\u00e9s extra-l\u00e9gales li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019anciennet\u00e9 du salari\u00e9, une indemnit\u00e9 li\u00e9e \u00e0 la situation familiale et une possibilit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9avis prolong\u00e9 pour les salari\u00e9s n\u2019ayant pas retrouv\u00e9 de travail au terme du pr\u00e9avis l\u00e9gal.<\/p>\n<p>A ce jour, cinq personnes disposent d\u2019une proposition d\u2019emploi aupr\u00e8s d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 appartenant \u00e0 un des actionnaires de Twinerg (\u00e0 savoir le groupe Engie, Enovos et le groupe ArcelorMittal).<\/p>\n<p><b>Communiqu\u00e9 par le syndicat Services et \u00c9nergie de l\u2018OGBL<br \/>\nle 27 octobre 2016<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3987,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[54],"syndicat":[73],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
