\"delphi\"<\/a>La direction de Delphi Luxembourg, l\u2019OGBL (seul syndicat signataire de la convention collective de travail) et la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel ont pu se mettre d\u2019accord le 6 octobre 2016 sur les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019un plan social.<\/p>\n

Au terme de la proc\u00e9dure de consultation pr\u00e9vue par la loi, la direction de Delphi Luxembourg avait confirm\u00e9, le 26 septembre 2016, sa volont\u00e9 de supprimer 40 postes de travail.<\/p>\n

Les n\u00e9gociations du plan social pour les salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s par le licenciement collectif se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9es end\u00e9ans les d\u00e9lais pr\u00e9vus par la loi. Au cours des n\u00e9gociations, le nombre des salari\u00e9s \u00e0 licencier a pu \u00eatre r\u00e9duit de 40 \u00e0 15 personnes.<\/p>\n

L\u2019OGBL et la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel ont pu obtenir, dans le cadre de ce plan social, diverses mesures d\u2019accompagnement sociales et financi\u00e8res en faveur des salari\u00e9s, dont notamment des indemnit\u00e9s extra-l\u00e9gales li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019anciennet\u00e9, \u00e0 la situation familiale du salari\u00e9 et un budget permettant de r\u00e9aliser un replacement externe ou une formation.<\/p>\n
