Parmi les 56 salari\u00e9s impact\u00e9s, la banque essaiera de r\u00e9duire ce nombre en proposant la pr\u00e9retraite anticip\u00e9e ou des mutations internes ou au sein du groupe.<\/p>\n<p>Un budget cons\u00e9quent pour des formations et de l&#8217;outplacement a \u00e9t\u00e9 lib\u00e9r\u00e9 afin de garantir l&#8217;employabilit\u00e9 des personnes impact\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;autres conditions avantageuses ont pu \u00eatre n\u00e9goci\u00e9es, telles que :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; une indemnisation extra-l\u00e9gale,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; la possibilit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9avis prolong\u00e9.<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4007,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[52],"syndicat":[74],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
