\"luxairport\"<\/a>Une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de l\u2018OGBL a \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7ue le 26 septembre par le ministre du D\u00e9veloppement durable et des Infrastructures ainsi que par le pr\u00e9sident du conseil d\u2018administration de Lux-Airport.<\/p>\n

La r\u00e9union avait comme th\u00e8me principal la d\u00e9motivation du personnel de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de l\u2019a\u00e9roport appartenant \u00e0 100% \u00e0 l\u2019Etat luxembourgeois. Le malaise g\u00e9n\u00e9ral qui existe est d\u00fb notamment aux nombreux licenciements, d\u00e9parts volontaires, augmentations de salaire refus\u00e9es, paiements tardifs des salaires, le non-respect de la dur\u00e9e maximale de travail et du repos journalier l\u00e9galement pr\u00e9vus, l\u2019attitude misogyne de la direction envers les femmes en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et les femmes enceintes en particulier. La politique du personnel chez Lux-Airport se caract\u00e9rise par un climat de peur et d\u2019oppression.<\/p>\n

Rien que dans le d\u00e9partement de la s\u00fbret\u00e9, 18 salari\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 licenci\u00e9s au cours des trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, souvent pour des raisons cousues de fil blanc, 34 salari\u00e9s ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de quitter Lux-Airport de leur propre gr\u00e9. Au cours des trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, l\u2019effectif au d\u00e9partement de la s\u00fbret\u00e9 a diminu\u00e9 de 157 \u00e0 131 salari\u00e9s, alors que, vu le manque chronique de personnel et l\u2019accroissement du volume de travail permanent, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019augmenter l\u2019effectif de 20 unit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Le ministre s\u2019est montr\u00e9 choqu\u00e9 par ce bilan d\u00e9sastreux et a promis de rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 cette situation.<\/p>\n

L\u2019OGBL s\u2019est clairement oppos\u00e9 \u00e0 toute mesure de privatisation de l\u2019Administration de la Navigation a\u00e9rienne (ANA) d\u2019autant plus qu\u2019il est pr\u00e9vu de transf\u00e9rer des comp\u00e9tences de l\u2019ANA vers Lux-Airport, notamment en ce qui concerne la certification de l\u2019a\u00e9rodrome.<\/p>\n

Dans ce contexte, le ministre a soulign\u00e9 qu\u2019il existe un manque de coop\u00e9ration entre l\u2019ANA, Lux-Airport et la DAC (Direction de l\u2019Aviation civile). Il a insist\u00e9 sur le fait qu\u2019il incombe au minist\u00e8re de d\u00e9signer le responsable pour l\u2019exploitation de l\u2019a\u00e9roport. Selon le ministre, ce r\u00f4le incombe plut\u00f4t \u00e0 Lux-Airport, qui fonctionne sous la forme d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 priv\u00e9e, qu\u2019\u00e0 une administration d\u2019Etat.<\/p>\n
