{"id":2093,"date":"2016-09-23T15:17:21","date_gmt":"2016-09-23T13:17:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/il-faut-un-concept-global-de-perennisation"},"modified":"2023-06-02T11:00:54","modified_gmt":"2023-06-02T09:00:54","slug":"il-faut-un-concept-global-de-perennisation","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/il-faut-un-concept-global-de-perennisation\/","title":{"rendered":"Il faut un concept global de p\u00e9rennisation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Le gouvernement, la direction d\u2019ArcelorMittal et les syndicats OGBL et LCGB se sont r\u00e9unis ce 22 septembre 2016.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif de cette r\u00e9union: d\u00e9finir entre l\u2019ensemble des partenaires la poursuite de l\u2019accord portant sur le plan d\u2019avenir de la Sid\u00e9rurgie Luxembourgeoise Lux20??.<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019issue de cette r\u00e9union, la direction d\u2019ArcelorMittal continue \u00e0 remettre en question l\u2019accord tripartite traditionnel en affirmant que la Sid\u00e9rurgie Luxembourgeoise n\u2019est plus en \u00e9tat de crise et que donc un retour au droit commun serait normal et souhaitable ! (Ch\u00f4mage partiel, Plans sociaux,..)<\/p>\n<p>Les syndicats ont r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9 leur demande en revendiquant l\u2019\u00e9tablissement d\u2019un concept global de p\u00e9rennisation de toute la Sid\u00e9rurgie Luxembourgeoise et de son p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre avec des garanties et des engagements futurs au-del\u00e0 du 31 d\u00e9cembre 2016 (fin du Lux2016).<\/p>\n<p>Les syndicats ont rappel\u00e9 la situation instable qui persiste au niveau de diff\u00e9rents sites de la Sid\u00e9rurgie Luxembourgeoise et de son p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre et restent convaincus qu\u2019il est absolument n\u00e9cessaire de poursuivre un accord int\u00e9grant la situation conjoncturelle instable actuelle et de d\u00e9finir les outils sociaux appropri\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, les syndicats ont mis l\u2019accent sur l\u2019\u00e9tablissement d\u2019un plan d\u2019investissements pour tous les sites luxembourgeois, ainsi que pour le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de la sid\u00e9rurgie.<\/p>\n<p>Les syndicats rappellent avec insistance la qualit\u00e9 du mod\u00e8le social luxembourgeois qui a permis de traverser les plus fortes crises de la sid\u00e9rurgie tout en pr\u00e9servant la paix sociale.<\/p>\n<p>En guise de conclusion, les syndicats et la direction d\u2019ArcelorMittal se rencontreront en entrevues bilat\u00e9rales afin de s\u2019efforcer de trouver un accord pour une prochaine r\u00e9union tripartite pr\u00e9vue pour la deuxi\u00e8me quinzaine d\u2019octobre.<\/p>\n<p><b>Communiqu\u00e9 par le Syndicat Sid\u00e9rurgie et Mines de l\u2019OGBL<br \/>\nle 22 septembre 2016<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3671,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[56],"syndicat":[70],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\r\n<title><\/title>\r\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\r\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communique\/il-faut-un-concept-global-de-perennisation\/\" \/>\r\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\r\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\r\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"[:fr]Il faut un concept global de p\u00e9rennisation[:de]Es bedarf eines globalen Fortbestandsprozesses[:] - OGBL\" \/>\r\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Le gouvernement, la direction d\u2019ArcelorMittal et les syndicats OGBL et LCGB se sont r\u00e9unis ce 22 septembre 2016.
