Cette fermeture repr\u00e9sente \u00e9videmment un coup dur pour les 17 salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s, m\u00eame si elle ne constitue pas une surprise.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, l\u2019OGBL (seul syndicat signataire de la convention collective de travail dans l\u2019entreprise) a eu depuis le d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e des entrevues r\u00e9guli\u00e8res avec les responsables de Twinerg S.A. et du groupe Engie (ex GDF-Suez), l\u2019actionnaire majoritaire de la centrale de gaz luxembourgeoise. Lors de ces r\u00e9unions, divers sc\u00e9narios d\u2019avenir pour l\u2019entreprise et leurs cons\u00e9quences sociales ont \u00e9t\u00e9 discut\u00e9s entre partenaires sociaux. Une r\u00e9union d\u2019information pour l\u2019ensemble des salari\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e le 15 juin 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Les parties se sont mis d\u2019accord pour qu\u2019en cas de fermeture, la priorit\u00e9 soit accord\u00e9e au maintien dans l\u2019emploi. La n\u00e9gociation de licenciements ne sera donc \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour qu\u2019en cas d\u2019\u00e9chec dans la recherche d\u2019un nouvel emploi adapt\u00e9 aux comp\u00e9tences et aux besoins des salari\u00e9s. Dans cette perspective, un bilan des comp\u00e9tences individualis\u00e9 a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 pour chaque salari\u00e9 au cours du mois de juin.<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsabilit\u00e9s sociales<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, le groupe Engie a r\u00e9cemment sign\u00e9 des accords sociaux europ\u00e9ens qui donnent un certain nombre de garanties et d\u2019aides (proposition d\u2019un nouveau poste, budget formation\u2026) en cas de restructuration ou, comme dans le cas pr\u00e9sent, de fermeture d\u2019une entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Il est maintenant primordial de traduire ces accords dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. De plus, l\u2019ensemble des actionnaires de Twinerg S.A. doivent faire un effort maximal afin de trouver des solutions satisfaisantes au sein de leurs entreprises pour les 17 salari\u00e9s qui perdent leur travail chez Twinerg.
