Le Comit\u00e9 d\u2019Entreprise Europ\u00e9en d\u2019Engie au sein duquel l\u2019OGBL a un repr\u00e9sentant est \u00e0 l\u2019initiative de l\u2019ouverture de cette n\u00e9gociation.<br \/>\nL\u2019accord social europ\u00e9en s\u2019impose comme socle minimum \u00e0 toutes les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s du groupe Engie. Il ne peut d\u2019ailleurs pas se substituer \u00e0 des conditions existantes plus favorables.<br \/>\nAu Luxembourg, les entreprises appartenant majoritairement au groupe Engie pour lesquelles l\u2019accord social est applicable sont: Cofely Services, Cofely Solelec, Energolux et Twinerg.<br \/>\nVoici les principaux points de l\u2019accord:<br \/>\n<strong> 1. L\u2019accord contient des garanties sociales<\/strong><br \/>\nLors de toute r\u00e9organisation, un diagnostic social est syst\u00e9matiquement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec les organisations syndicales. Par cet accord, Engie s\u2019engage \u00e0 rechercher les meilleures garanties sociales en ouvrant des n\u00e9gociations avec les organisations syndicales.<br \/>\n<strong> 2. Une place importante est accord\u00e9e \u00e0 la formation<\/strong><br \/>\nUn budget de 100 millions d\u2019euros par an est consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la formation en Europe.<br \/>\nUn plan de formation annuel est \u00e9tabli en concertation avec les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel dans les entreprises concern\u00e9es.<br \/>\n<strong> 3. La mobilit\u00e9 volontaire est encadr\u00e9e<\/strong><br \/>\nEn cas de mobilit\u00e9 volontaire au sein du groupe, le salari\u00e9 a droit \u00e0 une prime d\u2019un mois de salaire brut et \u00e0 une augmentation de salaire. Les frais de d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement sont pris en charge par le groupe. Les frais suppl\u00e9mentaires li\u00e9s \u00e0 des formations particuli\u00e8res sont \u00e9galement pris en charge.<br \/>\n<strong> 4. Des garanties en cas de restructuration<\/strong><br \/>\nEn cas de restructuration, les salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s se verront proposer 3 emplois (correspondant \u00e0 leurs comp\u00e9tences et situation personnelle).<br \/>\nIls ont droit \u00e0 une prime \u00e9quivalente \u00e0 1 mois de salaire brut pour mutation.<br \/>\nLe groupe s\u2019engage aussi \u00e0 prendre en charge les frais li\u00e9s \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9 et d\u2019aider \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019emploi du conjoint.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4041,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[54],"syndicat":[73],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
