Danger de privatisation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-21323\" style=\"border: 0px none;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/nettoyage_gant_vignette.jpg\" alt=\"nettoyage_gant_vignette\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>L\u2019OGBL dit NON \u00e0 la demande d\u2019externalisation des services nettoyages communaux venant du CSV!<\/p>\n<p>Dans son intervention lors du conseil communal, le parti CSV revendique de diminuer les frais de personnel qu\u2019il estime trop \u00e9lev\u00e9s, en incluant les frais du personnel \u00e9ducatif (Schulpersonal). Alors qu\u2019on pourrait s\u2019attendre \u00e0 une argumentation fond\u00e9e et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie sur le bien-fond\u00e9 d\u2019une r\u00e9duction des frais de personnel de la part du parti CSV, ce dernier s\u2019est acharn\u00e9 exclusivement sur la situation des carri\u00e8res les plus basses et des professions les plus vuln\u00e9rables, \u00e0 savoir les services nettoyages.<\/p>\n<p>Le parti CSV par la voix de Madame Kayser-Wengler revendique:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>d\u2019externaliser et de transf\u00e9rer le personnel des services de nettoyage de la commune de Dudelange vers des firmes priv\u00e9es; le personnel transf\u00e9r\u00e9 sera remplac\u00e9 en d\u00e9finitive par du personnel pay\u00e9 au salaire minimum;<\/li>\n<li>de doubler voire tripler les cadences de travail \u00e0 250m2 par heure, voire m\u00eame jusqu\u2019\u00e0 300m2 par heure;<\/li>\n<li>de travailler avec des firmes priv\u00e9es avec du personnel apparemment mieux \u00e9quip\u00e9, mieux form\u00e9, et moins cher.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le message du parti CSV est clair. Le service de nettoyage communal doit \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 par une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 priv\u00e9e \u00e0 cause de personnel trop cher, trop inefficace, trop incomp\u00e9tent!<br \/>\nL\u2019OGBL d\u00e9nonce les conditions de travail et les salaires ex\u00e9crables du personnel des prestataires priv\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OGBL d\u00e9nonce les devis des prestataires priv\u00e9s en d\u00e9finitive \u00e9lev\u00e9s avec comme cons\u00e9quence aucune r\u00e9duction des frais engendr\u00e9s par les services en question.<\/p>\n<p>Pour l\u2019OGBL le parti CSV revendique de remplir les poches des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s priv\u00e9es sur le dos des conditions salariales et de travail d\u00e9centes actuelles des salari\u00e9s communaux.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OGBL somme tous les acteurs communaux concern\u00e9s, c.-\u00e0-d., le personnel communal en question, le service et l\u2019\u00c9chevin du personnel de la commune de Dudelange \u00e0 agir de mani\u00e8re responsable, afin de d\u00e9fendre toute volont\u00e9 de privatisation des services de nettoyage communaux.<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4066,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[53],"syndicat":[71],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\r\n<title>Attention!
