{"id":1978,"date":"2016-01-28T15:05:13","date_gmt":"2016-01-28T14:05:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/impact-sur-les-activites-de-cargolux"},"modified":"2023-05-24T13:15:34","modified_gmt":"2023-05-24T11:15:34","slug":"impact-sur-les-activites-de-cargolux","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/impact-sur-les-activites-de-cargolux\/","title":{"rendered":"Impact sur les activit\u00e9s de Cargolux?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p>Une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de l\u2019OGBL compos\u00e9e de repr\u00e9sentants des syndicats \u00abAviation civile\u00bb et \u00abTransport-ACAL\u00bb s\u2019est r\u00e9unie le 27 janvier 2016 avec le ministre d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 au D\u00e9veloppement durable et aux Infrastructures, Fran\u00e7ois Bausch. Au centre des discussions se trouvait la ligne de chemin de fer de fret pr\u00e9vue entre Zhengzhou en Chine et la plateforme logistique multimodale de Bettembourg. L\u2019annonce de la part du gouvernement, \u00e0 savoir que la ligne ferroviaire de 10.000 kilom\u00e8tres mentionn\u00e9e soit d\u00e9j\u00e0 op\u00e9rationnelle d\u00e8s 2017, a caus\u00e9 une confusion aupr\u00e8s du personnel de la Cargolux et du Cargocenter de la Luxair, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 qu\u2019il y a peu de temps, une liaison a\u00e9rienne a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en place pour transporter \u00e9galement du fret de Zhengzhou \u00e0 Luxembourg. Le ministre des Transports, Fran\u00e7ois Bausch, a pu calmer les esprits en expliquant que les deux activit\u00e9s sont compl\u00e9mentaires. Le transport par chemin de fer ne serait pas une concurrence directe pour le transport a\u00e9rien. Les chemins de fer transporteraient des gros volumes, comme par exemple des modules solaires, et seraient donc plut\u00f4t une concurrence pour le transport maritime. Un voyage par voie maritime de Chine en Europe durerait environ cinq semaines alors que le chemin de fer couvre cette distance en deux semaines. Des entreprises luxembourgeoises profiteraient \u00e9galement de cette ligne ferroviaire. Bausch citait l\u2019exemple d\u2019une brasserie, qui exporte sa bi\u00e8re en Chine et qui pourrait ainsi passer au chemin de fer.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OGBL saluait le fait que ce projet allait apporter un essor suppl\u00e9mentaire au site logistique du Luxembourg, particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 CFL-multimodal. D\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9, plus de fret va passer par Bettembourg, d\u2019un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, la compagnie ferroviaire chinoise est tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ress\u00e9e par le fait de laisser des conteneurs en attente \u00e0 Bettembourg. La nouvelle ligne ferroviaire aurait, selon Bausch, un impact positif sur l\u2019emploi chez CFL-multimodal. Le mod\u00e8le commercial doit \u00eatre mis sur pied avant la mi-2016. Le contrat entre la Chine et le Luxembourg serait sign\u00e9 fin 2016, et le premier train devrait \u00eatre op\u00e9rationnel en 2017. En ce qui concerne le trac\u00e9, il y aurait plusieurs variantes: la variante du nord qui passerait par l\u2019Ukraine et la Russie, la variante du sud, qui elle passerait par Trieste, pour poursuivre par la Turquie et le Kasachstan avant d\u2019arriver finalement en Chine.
