{"id":1959,"date":"2015-12-04T11:39:38","date_gmt":"2015-12-04T10:39:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/signature-dune-nouvelle-convention-collective-3"},"modified":"2023-06-14T10:33:32","modified_gmt":"2023-06-14T08:33:32","slug":"signature-dune-nouvelle-convention-collective-3","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/signature-dune-nouvelle-convention-collective-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Signature d\u2019une nouvelle convention collective"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/societe_parking_guillaume_SA.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-20314 alignleft\" style=\"border: 0px none;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/societe_parking_guillaume_SA.jpg\" alt=\"societe_parking_guillaume_SA\" width=\"250\" \/><\/a>L\u2019OGBL, seul syndicat contractant pr\u00e9sent dans l\u2019entreprise, a sign\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment une nouvelle convention collective pour l\u2019ensemble du personnel de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 du Parking Guillaume S.A., soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui g\u00e8re un r\u00e9seau de 11 parkings souterrains et en haute construction, dans les 2 villes majeures du Luxembourg, \u00e0 savoir Luxembourg-Ville et Esch-sur-Alzette et qui occupe actuellement une soixantaine de salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les parties se sont accord\u00e9 notamment sur les am\u00e9liorations suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l\u2019introduction d\u2019une prime d\u2019anciennet\u00e9 de 500 euros nets pour 15 ans de service dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>le paiement d\u2019une prime de 100 euros nets par nuit aux salari\u00e9s qui travaillent la nuit du 24 d\u00e9cembre au 25 d\u00e9cembre, ainsi que la nuit du 31 d\u00e9cembre au 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier<\/li>\n<li>toutes les autres dispositions de la convention collective restent inchang\u00e9es<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La nouvelle convention collective porte sur une dur\u00e9e de 2 ans, \u00e0 savoir du 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2015 au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2016.<\/p>\n<p><b>Communiqu\u00e9 par le syndicat Services et Energie de l\u2019OGBL<br \/>\nle 4 d\u00e9cembre 2015<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4120,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[54],"syndicat":[73],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
