L\u2019imprimerie Fr. Faber s\u2019est d\u00e9clar\u00e9e en faillite et les activit\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise ont \u00e9t\u00e9 suspendues depuis lors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le conseil d\u2019administration et la direction ont laiss\u00e9 les salari\u00e9s dans l\u2019incertitude<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nDepuis quelques jours l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re entre les salari\u00e9s et la direction \u00e9tait plut\u00f4t tendue. Apr\u00e8s deux r\u00e9unions du personnel et depuis pr\u00e8s d\u2019une semaine, les responsables de l\u2019entreprise laissaient planer le silence. Les seules communications au personnel tournaient autour des baisses de salaire massives qui \u00e9taient exig\u00e9es par le conseil d\u2019administration. Par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire de courriels et \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une affiche, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait pression sur le personnel, afin de renoncer \u00e0 l\u2019avenir \u00e0 une partie de leur salaire. Cependant la majorit\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s ne pouvait pas se permettre une baisse de salaire aussi cons\u00e9quente, sans se trouver ruin\u00e9e.<br \/>\nEn outre est-il honteux pour une soi-disant entreprise familiale, que les salari\u00e9s ont d\u00fb apprendre la faillite par la presse. La moindre d\u00e9cence aurait exig\u00e9 que la direction communique personnellement aux salari\u00e9s cette nouvelle. Les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel et les syndicats n\u2019\u00e9taient plus non plus, depuis un certain nombre de jours, tenus au courant de l\u2019\u00e9volution des mesures et des n\u00e9gociations avec tous les concern\u00e9s (salari\u00e9s, actionnaires, banques, cr\u00e9anciers, administrations).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beaucoup de jeux de chiffres et pas de plan fond\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans son communiqu\u00e9 de presse, le conseil d\u2019administration essayait de chercher la responsabilit\u00e9 pour la faillite aupr\u00e8s de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel et de l&#8217;OGBL; ils n\u2019auraient pas soutenu ni le plan de restructuration ni la baisse de la masse salariale.<br \/>\nJusqu\u2019au jour du 30 novembre aucun plan de restructuration fond\u00e9 n\u2019avait \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9; de nombreux jeux de chiffres qui n\u2019avaient tous qu\u2019un seul but, en l\u2019occurrence r\u00e9duire la masse salariale avaient lieu. Les syndicats ainsi que la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel n\u2019\u00e9taient pas dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 mettre le personnel au d\u00e9fi d\u2019accepter cette perte de revenu sans que la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u2019emploi ne soit garantie \u00e0 moyen terme.
