EEW betreibt seit 2010 die Sidor-Abfallwertungsanlagen in Leudelingen, wo durch die Verbrennung von Abfall Energie erzeugt wird.<\/p>\n<p>Die Verhandlungen zur Erneuerung des Kollektivvertrags ergaben folgende Besserungen:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Lineare Erh\u00f6hungen der Geh\u00e4lter und Lohntabellen: <\/span><br \/>\nR\u00fcckwirkend zum 01.07.2015 wird eine lineare Erh\u00f6hung des Monatslohns von +0,5 % gew\u00e4hrt.<br \/>\nAb dem 01.01.2016 wird eine lineare Erh\u00f6hung des Monatslohns von +0,5 % gew\u00e4hrt.<br \/>\nAb dem 01.01.2017 wird eine lineare Erh\u00f6hung des Monatslohns von +0,5 % gew\u00e4hrt.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Aufstieg zwischen den Verg\u00fctungsgruppen:<\/span><br \/>\nDie Kriterien f\u00fcr den Aufstieg zwischen den jeweiligen Verg\u00fctungsgruppen wurden ausgebaut und verbessert.<\/p>\n<p>Alle weiteren Vorteile des Kollektivvertrags bleiben erhalten und unver\u00e4ndert.<\/p>\n<p>Der Vertrag wurde f\u00fcr eine Laufzeit von drei Jahren unterzeichnet, und zwar vom 1. Januar 2015 bis zum 31.
