L\u2019entreprise qui a son si\u00e8ge social \u00e0 Foetz emploie environ 140 personnes au Luxembourg.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la n\u00e9gociation d\u2019un plan de d\u00e9part volontaire (pr\u00e9voyant une prime de 15 000 euros), le nombre de licenciements a pu \u00eatre r\u00e9duit de 16 \u00e0 12 personnes.<\/p>\n<p>Une demande pour l\u2019aide au r\u00e9emploi a en outre \u00e9t\u00e9 introduite aupr\u00e8s du Minist\u00e8re du Travail.<\/p>\n<p>Le personnel licenci\u00e9 sera lib\u00e9r\u00e9 pour la dur\u00e9e de leur pr\u00e9avis afin de pouvoir d\u00e9dier ce temps \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un nouvel emploi. \u00c0 cette fin, le pr\u00e9avis minimal de 2 mois pour une anciennet\u00e9 de courte dur\u00e9e a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 augment\u00e9 \u00e0 3 mois.<\/p>\n<p>Le plan social pr\u00e9voit au-del\u00e0 une indemnit\u00e9 extral\u00e9gale d\u2019un salaire mensuel avec 120\u20ac suppl\u00e9mentaires par mois d\u2019anciennet\u00e9. Une demande d\u2019exon\u00e9ration d\u2019imp\u00f4ts sera \u00e9galement adress\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019Administration des Contributions.<\/p>\n<p>Une cellule de suivi fut constitu\u00e9e pour surveiller et garantir le respect des dispositions du plan social et des mesures de formation.<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4155,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[54],"syndicat":[73],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
