Ceci afin de pouvoir continuer les n\u00e9gociations dans le clame et de mani\u00e8re constructive.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019accord conclu entre les partenaires sociaux, valable du 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2015 au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2015, comprend les am\u00e9liorations suivantes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>une augmentation lin\u00e9aire de 1% de l&#8217;ensemble des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations p\u00e9riodiques et non-p\u00e9riodiques, \u00e0 partir du 1<sup>er<\/sup> juillet 2015<\/li>\n<li>une augmentation de la prime de d\u00e9part \u00e0 la retraite de 1 500 euros \u00e0 1 600 euros (Indice 775,17)<\/li>\n<li>une adaptation de la prime de performance pour 2015 suivant les r\u00e9sultats de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les parties se sont \u00e9galement engag\u00e9es \u00e0 rediscuter et \u00e0 trouver un accord portant sur les conditions salariales des employ\u00e9s avant la fin de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e lors des n\u00e9gociations de renouvellement de la convention collective de travail.<\/p>\n<p><b>Communiqu\u00e9 par le syndicat Chimie de l\u2019OGBL<br \/>\nle 22 juillet 2015 <\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4170,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[162],"syndicat":[165],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
