Par cons\u00e9quent les conditions de travail et de salaire \u00e9voluent parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 celles des fonctionnaires.<br \/>\nUn moment d\u00e9cisif pour la CCT FHL et la CCT SAS.<br \/>\nLes salari\u00e9s revendiquent enfin une classification \u00e9quitable de leur profession et une augmentation du point indiciaire!<br \/>\nOr, les n\u00e9gociations stagnent dans les deux CCT. Nous appelons les ententes patronales des deux CCT \u00e0 s\u2019engager pour leurs salari\u00e9s et \u00e0 respecter la transposition de la r\u00e9forme et de l\u2019accord salarial aupr\u00e8s de la fonction publique, ancr\u00e9e dans les deux CCT.<br \/>\nL\u2019OGBL en tant que syndicat repr\u00e9sentatif des salari\u00e9s dans le secteur de la sant\u00e9 et dans le secteur socio-\u00e9ducatif revendique le respect des dispositions des deux CCT en ce qui concerne la transposition de la r\u00e9forme et de l\u2019accord salarial!<br \/>\nNous d\u00e9fendons nos acquis sociaux.<br \/>\nNous revendiquons un secteur de la sant\u00e9 et un secteur socio-\u00e9ducatif fort.<br \/>\nNous luttons contre toute attaque salariale et sociale.<br \/>\nNous revendiquons la mise en \u0153uvre imm\u00e9diate de la r\u00e9forme et de l\u2019accord salarial dans la CCT FHL et la CCT SAS!<br \/>\nPremi\u00e8res actions syndicales organis\u00e9es d\u00e8s \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent!
