This is also the very first collective agreement in the Luxembourg travel agency sector!<\/p>\n<p>The agreement, which covers a three-year period from November 1, 2023 to October 31, 2026, includes among other things<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a 1.5% linear increase in all salaries, retroactive to November 1, 2023<\/li>\n<li>a gradual increase in the value of meal vouchers, with the face value rising from \u20ac9.40 to \u20ac11.40<\/li>\n<li>an annual net bonus for each child in school: creche and preschool (\u20ac37.50), elementary school (\u20ac50), secondary school (\u20ac87.50), higher education (\u20ac112.50), university (\u20ac137.50).<\/li>\n<li>a mobility allowance: 30 euros net per year (payable in September each year)<\/li>\n<li>a marriage bonus: 200 euros gross<\/li>\n<li>a birth bonus: 125 euros gross<\/li>\n<li>a vacation allowance of 200 euros net in 2024<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Previously acquired benefits, such as the 13th month, function and flexibility bonuses, as well as seniority leave (one extra day for every five years of service) are all included in the new collective agreement.<\/p>\n<p>The OGBL welcomes this good agreement, which would not have been possible without the participation of the staff delegation at all stages of the negotiations.
