{"id":1829,"date":"2015-02-12T16:26:06","date_gmt":"2015-02-12T15:26:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/signature-dune-nouvelle-convention-collective-de-travail-2"},"modified":"2023-05-23T19:44:12","modified_gmt":"2023-05-23T17:44:12","slug":"signature-dune-nouvelle-convention-collective-de-travail-2","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/signature-dune-nouvelle-convention-collective-de-travail-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Signature d\u2019une nouvelle convention collective de travail"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/Luxexpo_12_02_2015.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-18125 aligncenter\" alt=\"Luxexpo_12_02_2015\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/Luxexpo_12_02_2015.jpg\" width=\"386\" height=\"290\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Le 9 f\u00e9vrier 2015, les organisations syndicales OGBL (seul syndicat repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au sein de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel) et LCGB ont sign\u00e9 une nouvelle convention collective de travail pour l\u2019ensemble du personnel avec la direction de Luxexpo S.A.<\/p>\n<p>Cet accord pr\u00e9voit notamment les am\u00e9liorations suivantes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>augmentation du bar\u00e8me des salaires de 1% par ann\u00e9e, applicable au 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2015 et au 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2016<\/li>\n<li>r\u00e9vision du syst\u00e8me d\u2019astreinte t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique<\/li>\n<li>introduction d\u2019une indemnit\u00e9 hebdomadaire brute de 210 \u20ac pour chaque collaborateur assurant une permanence<\/li>\n<li>am\u00e9lioration du cong\u00e9 social<\/li>\n<li>la dur\u00e9e de la nouvelle convention collective de travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9e \u00e0 2 ans, \u00e0 savoir du 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2015 au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2016<\/li>\n<li>toutes les autres dispositions de la convention collective restent inchang\u00e9es<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Communiqu\u00e9 par le syndicat Services et \u00c9nergie de l\u2019OGBL le 12 f\u00e9vrier 2015<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4237,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[54],"syndicat":[73],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
