Les syndicats repr\u00e9sentatifs au niveau national, conduits par l\u2019OGBL, tout comme l\u2019Union des entreprises luxembourgeoises (UEL), ont rencontr\u00e9 le gouvernement le 3 f\u00e9vrier 2015 sur invitation de ce dernier afin de mener ensemble une \u00abanalyse\u00bb de l\u2019accord conclu avec les repr\u00e9sentants du salariat et de la fonction publique (le 28 novembre 2014) ainsi que celui arr\u00eat\u00e9 avec les repr\u00e9sentants du patronat (le 14 janvier 2015).<\/p>\n

En amont de cette rencontre, l\u2019OGBL avait mis le gouvernement en garde contre toute tentative visant \u00e0 d\u00e9naturer l\u2019accord conclu le 28 novembre avec les syndicats. L\u2019OGBL avait \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 dans ce contexte que cet accord constitue un pur compromis et qu\u2019\u00e0 ce titre, aucune contrepartie suppl\u00e9mentaire de la part du salariat n\u2019\u00e9tait \u00e0 envisager.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est par cons\u00e9quent, avec satisfaction, que l\u2019OGBL a accueilli le 3 f\u00e9vrier la confirmation de la part du gouvernement que l\u2019accord du 28 novembre ne saurait \u00eatre remis en cause.<\/p>\n
