{"id":16636,"date":"2023-08-04T14:24:27","date_gmt":"2023-08-04T12:24:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/?post_type=communiques&#038;p=16636"},"modified":"2023-08-07T09:30:10","modified_gmt":"2023-08-07T07:30:10","slug":"plan-de-maintien-dans-lemploi-chez-tarkett-gdl","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/plan-de-maintien-dans-lemploi-chez-tarkett-gdl\/","title":{"rendered":"Job protection plan at Tarkett GDL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The OGBL, the company&#8217;s majority union, and the LCGB have just reached an agreement with the management of Tarkett GDL on job protection plan (plan de maintien dans l\u2019emploi &#8211; PME).<\/p>\n<p>The company, which specializes in floor coverings and employs about 500 people at its Clervaux site, is currently experiencing difficulties due to economic factors and the consequences of the Covid crisis. The job protection plan signed with the OGBL and the LCGB aims to safeguard jobs, preserve the skills of as many employees as possible and avoid redundancies for economic reasons at Tarkett GDL.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement covers a period of 8 months, from September 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The main elements of this PME are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>early retirement due to corporate restructuring and progressive early retirement<\/li>\n<li>voluntary departures<\/li>\n<li>temporary modification of the work organization plan (POT) for the coating line.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These measures will mainly help to avoid redundancies and ensure the future of the Clervaux site.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, it should be noted that the agreement negotiated by the social partners still has to be submitted to the competent structures for approval.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Press release by OGBL and LCGB<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>August 4, 2023<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":16637,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[162],"syndicat":[165],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
