{"id":15936,"date":"2023-07-18T15:36:56","date_gmt":"2023-07-18T13:36:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/?post_type=communiques&#038;p=15936"},"modified":"2023-07-26T09:54:43","modified_gmt":"2023-07-26T07:54:43","slug":"accord-de-principe-approuve-par-les-delegues-de-logbl","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/accord-de-principe-approuve-par-les-delegues-de-logbl\/","title":{"rendered":"Agreement in principle approved by OGBL delegates"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On July 14, the OGBL delegates from the private bus sector met to discuss the outcome of the collective bargaining negotiations in the sector and approved the agreement in principle recently reached in the negotiations with the employers.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the commitment of the OGBL delegates and the Negotiating Committee, significant improvements were achieved in these negotiations, including<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>13th month, payable monthly as a salary supplement after 12 months of service.<\/li>\n<li>introduction of meal vouchers worth 10.80 euros per shift of 6 hours or more.<\/li>\n<li>4 additional days of vacation.<\/li>\n<li>a maximum of 4 hours of unpaid rest if it is provided in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 561\/2006 and a maximum of 3 hours of unpaid rest if it is provided in accordance with the Grand-Ducal Regulation of October 19, 2018 known as the &#8220;50 kilometers&#8221; and includes a break of at least 45 minutes continuous or divided into a break of at least 15 minutes followed by a break of at least 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>compensation for the 6th day of work for bus drivers (D &amp; D1 permits):<\/li>\n<li>bonus of 80 euros per day worked in excess of the normal number of days worked, if not compensated by a day off within a 4-month reference period.<\/li>\n<li>direct payment of the above-mentioned bonus in the event of accumulation of more than 5 additional working days.<\/li>\n<li>a maximum of 6 hours of work between 2 weekly rest periods for minibus drivers (B license).<\/li>\n<li>overtime exceeding 10% of the monthly working time is paid directly and cannot be carried over during the 4-month reference period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Despite the fact that not all the improvements demanded by the OGBL and its delegates during the negotiations could be obtained, the introduction of the 13th month and the clear limitation of the 6-day week for D &amp; D1 licenses are historic gains for the sector. The 6-day week in particular has been a major issue for the sector, and OGBL representatives were finally able to secure a solution after extensive discussions and negotiations.<\/p>\n<p>Once the agreement in principle has been validated, a working group made up of representatives from the OGBL, LCGB and FLEAA will meet regularly to finalize the texts.<\/p>\n<p>To answer any questions you may have, the OGBL will soon produce a more detailed publication on the details of the agreement in principle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Published July 18, 2023<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":15937,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[58],"syndicat":[82],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
