{"id":1543,"date":"2013-07-26T09:03:46","date_gmt":"2013-07-26T07:03:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/conventions-collectives-luxair-accord-trouve"},"modified":"2023-06-05T12:02:00","modified_gmt":"2023-06-05T10:02:00","slug":"conventions-collectives-luxair-accord-trouve","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/conventions-collectives-luxair-accord-trouve\/","title":{"rendered":"Conventions collectives Luxair: Accord trouv\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-13855\" title=\"luxair\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/luxair.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/> Dans le cadre des n\u00e9gociations de la convention collective les syndicats contractants OGBL, LCGB et NGL-SNEP se sont r\u00e9unis, aujourd\u2019hui le 25 juillet 2013 avec la Direction de Luxair.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s quatre heures de discussions, un accord a pu \u00eatre trouv\u00e9 qui pr\u00e9voit :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; La r\u00e9instauration des deux conventions collectives r\u00e9troactivement au 1er janvier 2013 jusqu\u2019au 30 septembre 2013.<br \/>\n&#8211; La d\u00e9nonciation d\u2019un commun accord des conventions collectives permettant ainsi de nouvelles n\u00e9gociations d\u00e8s septembre 2013.<br \/>\n&#8211; La mise en place de groupes de travail ayant une mission d\u2019identifier des mesures pour augmenter la productivit\u00e9 et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 dans les diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9partements de LuxairGroup.<\/p>\n<p>Les partenaires sociaux poursuivent le but de pr\u00e9server les emplois et les conditions sociales du personnel. Dans cet \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit, les partenaires sociaux esp\u00e8rent que la Luxair retrouve l\u2019\u00e9quilibre financier d\u2019ici fin 2015.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communiqu\u00e9 le 25 juillet 2013 par la Direction Luxair, les syndicats OGBL, LCGB et NGL-SNEP<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4366,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[44],"syndicat":[68],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
