{"id":1539,"date":"2013-07-23T08:55:06","date_gmt":"2013-07-23T06:55:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/en-attente-de-la-proposition-de-texte-de-la-part-de-lemployeur"},"modified":"2023-06-02T13:39:29","modified_gmt":"2023-06-02T11:39:29","slug":"en-attente-de-la-proposition-de-texte-de-la-part-de-lemployeur","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/en-attente-de-la-proposition-de-texte-de-la-part-de-lemployeur\/","title":{"rendered":"En attente de la proposition de texte de la part de l\u2019employeur"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p><figure id=\"attachment_13373\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-13373\" style=\"width: 150px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"romain_daubenfeld_vignette\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/romain_daubenfeld_vignette.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-13373\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Romain Daubenfeld, Zentralsekret\u00e4r<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019engagement cons\u00e9quent et r\u00e9solu de l\u2019OGBL et apr\u00e8s des n\u00e9gociations difficiles, un accord de principe a pu \u00eatre trouv\u00e9 le 22 juillet 2013 pour le renouvellement de la convention collective de travail chez le producteur de tabac Heintz van Landewyck, et ce suite \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sentation par l\u2019employeur d\u2019une offre contenant des am\u00e9liorations substantielles \u00e0 l\u2019occasion d\u2019une r\u00e9union sp\u00e9cialement convoqu\u00e9 par lui.<\/p>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 la pression de l\u2019OGBL, les syndicats avaient saisi l\u2019Office national de conciliation le 27 juin 2013 \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que l\u2019employeur essayait d\u2018imposer des conditions inacceptables, rendant impossible la signature d\u2019un nouveau contrat collectif. Une des conditions \u00e9tait que les augmentations salariales de 1,5% n\u2019auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 dues qu\u2019en cas de la suppression de l\u2019indexation automatique des salaires \u00e0 cette date (!).<\/p>\n<p>Cette proposition a imm\u00e9diatement fait bondir l\u2019OGBL, \u00e0 l\u2019oppos\u00e9 du LCGB. En effet, l\u2019OGBL s\u2019\u00e9tait d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but oppos\u00e9 \u00e0 une confusion entre indexation et politique salariale.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proposition de compromis <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9sormais, la direction propose le compromis suivant:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>augmentation de la grille des salaires de 1,5% \u00e0 partir du 1<sup>er<\/sup> septembre 2013;<\/li>\n<li>attribution de bons de cadeau d\u2019une valeur de 300 \u20ac en 2014;<\/li>\n<li>suppression de la prime de pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un montant maximal de 420 \u20ac par ann\u00e9e destin\u00e9e \u00e0 lutter contre l\u2019absent\u00e9isme pour cause de maladie;<\/li>\n<li>nouvelle augmentation de la grille des salaires de 1,5% en 2014 en cas de suppression de l\u2019indexation automatique des salaires apr\u00e8s les \u00e9lections nationales en octobre 2013;<\/li>\n<li>l\u00e9gers changements relatifs au syst\u00e8me des primes pour ouvriers de plus de 50 ans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Une proposition de texte de l\u2018employeur est attendue pour la fin de la semaine. Elle sera analys\u00e9e en d\u00e9tail par l\u2019OGBL.
