{"id":14751,"date":"2023-06-12T09:51:35","date_gmt":"2023-06-12T07:51:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/?post_type=communiques&#038;p=14751"},"modified":"2023-11-16T14:28:35","modified_gmt":"2023-11-16T13:28:35","slug":"la-nouvelle-convention-collective-chez-dupont-de-nemours-prevoit-des-ameliorations-salariales","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/la-nouvelle-convention-collective-chez-dupont-de-nemours-prevoit-des-ameliorations-salariales\/","title":{"rendered":"New collective bargaining agreement at Dupont de Nemours includes wage improvements"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The OGBL and the LCGB have reached an agreement with the management of Dupont de Nemours on a new collective agreement for the Luxembourg site, valid for three years from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The new agreement for the approximately 840 employees includes the following measures<\/p>\n<p><strong>One-time bonuses:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Payment of a one-time bonus of \u20ac500 to each employee subject to the role design principle in March 2023 (already paid);<\/li>\n<li>Payment of a one-time bonus of \u20ac750 to each employee subject to role design and single role in March 2024;<\/li>\n<li>Payment of a one-time bonus of \u20ac750 to each employee subject to role design and single role in March 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Subject to legal requirements, the payment will be made in the form of a participatory bonus, which means that 50% of the bonus will be tax exempt in accordance with article 115 number 13a of the Income Tax Law (loi concernant l\u2019imp\u00f4t sur le revenu &#8211; L.I.R.).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Average merit increases:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Agreement on an average annual &#8220;merit&#8221; increase of 1.2% for employees subject to the Single Role Principle for the years 2023 (already implemented), 2024 and 2025.
