It takes retroactive effect to January 1, 2022, and will run until December 31, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement includes major advances, including :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>individual salary increases retroactive to January 1, 2023, of up to +12% of gross salary<\/li>\n<li>linear salary increases: +2% on July 1, 2022 (retroactive effect), +1.5% on July 1, 2023 and +1.5% on July 1, 2024<\/li>\n<li>a gross salary increase of 50 euros from January 1, 2024<\/li>\n<li>salary increases in 2023 and 2024 (2 x 0.5%) depending on evaluation<\/li>\n<li>50% extra pay for Saturday work<\/li>\n<li>an increase in the night work bonus from 20% to 25% from May 1st 2023 (retroactive)<\/li>\n<li>an increase in overtime pay from 40% to 50%.<\/li>\n<li>introduction of a leave allowance of 67.26 euros (indexed) per year of service<\/li>\n<li>introduction of a retirement bonus of 1,115.52 euros<\/li>\n<li>an increase in annual leave from 30 to 33 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Press release from the OGBL Health, Social and Educational Services Syndicate<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>June 5, 2023<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":14723,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[51],"syndicat":[75],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
