L\u2019accord a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 le 25 avril 2013 par les deux directions, d\u2019une part, et les repr\u00e9sentants des syndicats OGBL, en tant que porte-parole, NGL-SNEP et LCGB, d\u2019autre part.<\/p>\n<p>Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 convenu notamment que le salaire d\u2019embauche horaire pour tous les salari\u00e9s pay\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019heure et travaillant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement le samedi sera augment\u00e9 de 11,30\u20ac \u00e0 12,30\u20ac (part fixe incluse), et pour tous les autres salari\u00e9s ne travaillant pas r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement le samedi de 11,09\u20ac \u00e0 12,09\u20ac (part fixe incluse) \u00e0 partir de la date de signature de la convention.<\/p>\n<p>Dor\u00e9navant, le salaire d\u2019embauche horaire sera adapt\u00e9 avec l\u2019indice appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ajustement du salaire social minimum.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mise en place d\u2019un nouvel instrument de cogestion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, les repr\u00e9sentants des salari\u00e9s ont obtenu qu\u2019un groupe de travail paritaire soit form\u00e9 d\u00e8s la signature de la convention. Ce groupe de travail aura comme objectif de garantir une transparence totale par rapport au syst\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9valuation des salari\u00e9s et des augmentations qui en r\u00e9sulteront. Ce groupe sera appel\u00e9 \u00e0 traiter les cas de d\u00e9saccord entre un salari\u00e9 et son \u00e9valuateur. Ainsi, chaque salari\u00e9 pourra signaler son d\u00e9saccord par \u00e9crit \u00e0 un membre du groupe. Le groupe pourra \u00e9galement formuler des propositions pour l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du syst\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9valuation.<\/p>\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 salarial, ce groupe sera form\u00e9 par les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s permanents.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du personnel et leurs syndicats, ce groupe repr\u00e9sente une nouveaut\u00e9 positive et importante en mati\u00e8re de cogestion. A titre d\u2019exemple, en cas d\u2019\u00e9volution atypique de l\u2019avancement d\u2019un salari\u00e9, le groupe peut proposer des solutions et des mesures pour r\u00e9soudre un \u00e9ventuel litige entre les concern\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les syndicats signataires de l\u2019accord saluent \u00e9galement le fait que le groupe pourra se faire assister par un ou plusieurs experts syndicaux pour se faire conseiller.<\/p>\n<p>Le groupe de travail se r\u00e9unira selon besoin et au moins trimestriellement afin de v\u00e9rifier l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des mesures d\u00e9finies et de faire le suivi des d\u00e9cisions prises. Chaque partie pourra demander une r\u00e9union en dehors du calendrier \u00e9tabli.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, il est \u00e0 noter que les n\u00e9gociations se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9es dans un bon climat de partenariat social.<\/p>\n<p><strong>25 avril 2013 <\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4441,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[162],"syndicat":[165],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
