{"id":14344,"date":"2023-05-05T11:50:42","date_gmt":"2023-05-05T09:50:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communique\/renouvellement-de-la-convention-collective-de-travail-chez-kronospan"},"modified":"2023-05-31T11:15:00","modified_gmt":"2023-05-31T09:15:00","slug":"renouvellement-de-la-convention-collective-de-travail-chez-kronospan","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/renouvellement-de-la-convention-collective-de-travail-chez-kronospan\/","title":{"rendered":"Renewal of the collective bargaining agreement at Kronospan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On May 4, 2023, the OGBL, the company&#8217;s majority union, and the LCGB signed a renewed collective bargaining agreement with Kronospan&#8217;s management, covering the 350 or so employees of the wood processing company.<\/p>\n<p>The new collective bargaining agreement covers a two-year period, from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024, and includes the following improvements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>introduction of an additional bonus of 1,800 euros for each employee for the duration of the collective bargaining agreement: this bonus will be paid in 4 instalments of 450 euros (June 2023, December 2023, June 2024, December 2024).<\/li>\n<li>an increase in the attendance bonus from 2,500 to 3,000 euros.<\/li>\n<li>introduction of a retirement bonus: 3,500 euros gross for seniority of at least 20 years, 2,000 euros gross for seniority of at least 15 years, 1,000 euros for seniority of at least 10 years.<\/li>\n<li>introduction of a seniority bonus: 250 euros for 5 years&#8217; seniority, 500 euros for 10 years&#8217; seniority, 750 euros for 15 years&#8217; seniority, 1000 euros for 20 years&#8217; seniority, 1500 euros for 25 years&#8217; seniority, 2000 euros for 30 years&#8217; seniority.<\/li>\n<li>upward revision of certain grades in the salary scale, resulting in higher wages for the employees concerned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Press release from the OGBL Chemistry Syndicate,<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>May 5, 2023<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":14351,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[162],"syndicat":[165],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
