\"\"Ce matin, les n\u00e9gociations pour le renouvellement des conventions collectives de Luxair se sont sold\u00e9es par un \u00e9chec.<\/p>\n

Rappelons qu\u2019en date du 29 octobre 2012, la direction de Luxair a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 les conventions collectives. Malgr\u00e9 plusieurs demandes de la part des syndicats d\u2019entrer en n\u00e9gociations, la direction a fait la sourde oreille et n\u2019a daign\u00e9 organiser une premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union d\u2019information qu\u2019en date du 21 mars 2013, donc presque 6 mois plus tard.<\/p>\n

Aux fins de rattraper les 6 mois perdus et de pouvoir n\u00e9gocier dans un climat serein et sans pression de temps, les syndicats ont demand\u00e9 une prolongation d\u2019au moins 6 mois des conventions collectives d\u00e9nonc\u00e9es. A d\u00e9faut, les effets des conventions collectives cesseront de plein droit au 1er<\/sup> octobre 2013.<\/p>\n

La direction s\u2019est d\u00e9clar\u00e9e incapable de donner une r\u00e9ponse, mais a insist\u00e9 sur le fait que les syndicats doivent faire des concessions pr\u00e9alables \u00e0 toute n\u00e9gociation. Le \u00ab\u00a0cahier de revendications\u00a0\u00bb de la direction pr\u00e9voit effectivement des mesures draconiennes concernant les conditions de travail et de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n

Les syndicats ne peuvent plus accepter cette forme de chantage. La question se pose s\u2019il y a manque de bonne volont\u00e9 de la part de la direction ou bien une volont\u00e9 politique g\u00e9n\u00e9rale d\u2019abolir le mod\u00e8le social luxembourgeois.<\/p>\n

Afin de r\u00e9soudre ce litige, les syndicats n\u2019ont eu d\u2019autre choix que de saisir l\u2019Office national de conciliation.<\/p>\n
