{"id":1421,"date":"2013-03-28T16:10:35","date_gmt":"2013-03-28T15:10:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/le-plan-social-a-ete-signe-chez-rbc-is"},"modified":"2023-06-13T12:31:30","modified_gmt":"2023-06-13T10:31:30","slug":"le-plan-social-a-ete-signe-chez-rbc-is","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/le-plan-social-a-ete-signe-chez-rbc-is\/","title":{"rendered":"Le plan social a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 chez RBC IS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-12334\" title=\"batiment_rbc_is_luxembourg\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/batiment_rbc_is_luxembourg.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"232\" height=\"150\" \/>Le mercredi 27 mars 2013, les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel de l\u2019entreprise, les syndicats OGBL-SBA, LCGB-SESF et ALEBA et la direction de RBC IS Luxembourg ont pu se mettre d\u2019accord sur les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019un plan social.<\/p>\n<p>Le 8 f\u00e9vrier dernier, la direction avait annonc\u00e9 la volont\u00e9 du Groupe RBC IS de r\u00e9aliser un plan global de r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts de 25% et de supprimer, \u00e0 Luxembourg, 288 postes \u00e9quivalents temps plein (ETP), dont 219 concernaient des postes internes \u00e0 RBC IS.<\/p>\n<p>La proc\u00e9dure de consultation pr\u00e9vue par la loi a eu lieu entre cette date et le 4 mars 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de cette consultation, les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel ont contest\u00e9 le bien fond\u00e9 d\u2019un tel plan de r\u00e9duction des effectifs. Les arguments des repr\u00e9sentants du personnel ont \u00e9t\u00e9 repris dans un avis n\u00e9gatif motiv\u00e9 et d\u00e9taill\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel ont \u00e9galement fait de multiples propositions en vue de limiter le nombre de licenciements.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 cet avis n\u00e9gatif, la direction de RBC IS a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser un licenciement collectif concernant 219 ETP (soit 229 salari\u00e9s) et a convoqu\u00e9 les partenaires sociaux.<\/p>\n<p>Au terme du d\u00e9lai de 15 jours de n\u00e9gociations pr\u00e9vu par la loi, le nombre de salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s par le licenciement collectif a pu \u00eatre r\u00e9duit de 229 \u00e0 210. De ce nombre devront encore \u00eatre d\u00e9duits les salari\u00e9s qui pourront b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une pr\u00e9retraite ajustement au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Les syndicats et les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel ont pu obtenir, dans le cadre de ce plan social, diverses mesures d\u2019accompagnement sociales et financi\u00e8res en faveur des salari\u00e9s. Parmi ces mesures, citons : des indemnit\u00e9s extra-l\u00e9gales li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge et \u00e0 l\u2019anciennet\u00e9 du salari\u00e9, une indemnit\u00e9 li\u00e9e \u00e0 la situation familiale du salari\u00e9, des possibilit\u00e9s de pr\u00e9avis prolong\u00e9s pour les salari\u00e9s n\u2019ayant pas retrouv\u00e9 de travail au terme du pr\u00e9avis l\u00e9gal, une prime \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9 internationale, un budget permettant de r\u00e9aliser un outplacement ou de la formation, \u2026<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019accompagnement de la mise en \u0153uvre du plan social se fera au travers d\u2019une commission paritaire de suivi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communiqu\u00e9 par les syndicats OGBL-SBA, LCGB-SESF et ALEBA<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> le 28 mars 2013<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4453,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[52],"syndicat":[74],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
