{"id":1418,"date":"2013-03-22T12:18:16","date_gmt":"2013-03-22T11:18:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/groupe-cactus-renouvellement-de-la-convention-collective-de-travail"},"modified":"2023-06-01T14:30:53","modified_gmt":"2023-06-01T12:30:53","slug":"groupe-cactus-renouvellement-de-la-convention-collective-de-travail","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/groupe-cactus-renouvellement-de-la-convention-collective-de-travail\/","title":{"rendered":"Groupe Cactus : renouvellement de la convention collective de travail"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/DSC9103_edit.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12275\" title=\"DSC9103_edit\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/DSC9103_edit.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"314\" \/><\/a>En date du 22 mars 2013, le renouvellement de la convention collective pour les salari\u00e9s du Groupe Cactus vient d\u2019\u00eatre sign\u00e9 entre les syndicats OGBL et LCGB d\u2019une part, et la direction du groupe Cactus, d\u2019autre part.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OGBL, en tant que porte-parole des n\u00e9gociations a pu conclure les am\u00e9liorations suivantes:<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9mun\u00e9ration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A partir du 1er mars 2013, une augmentation lin\u00e9aire de 14\u20ac (+- 0,5% en moyenne) est accord\u00e9e sur les traitements mensuels.<br \/>\nA partir du 1er mars 2015, une augmentation lin\u00e9aire de 15\u20ac (+- 0,5% en moyenne) est accord\u00e9e sur les traitements mensuels.<\/p>\n<p>Paiement d\u2019une prime unique de 200\u20ac avec le salaire du mois de mars 2014 \u00e0 tous les salari\u00e9s engag\u00e9s avant le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2013. (prorata temporis pour les contrats \u00e0 temps partiel)<\/p>\n<p>Il est accord\u00e9 un bon d\u2019achat d\u2019une valeur de 100\u20ac \u00e0 tous les salari\u00e9s engag\u00e9s avant le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2013. Ces bons seront distribu\u00e9s au mois de mars 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Une majoration de 2\u20ac\/mois est accord\u00e9e au niveau de la prime de pr\u00e9sence qui passe de 15 \u20ac \u00e0 17 \u20ac \u00e0 partir du 1er juillet 2013.<br \/>\nUne majoration de 2\u20ac\/mois est accord\u00e9e au niveau de la prime de pr\u00e9sence qui passe de 17 \u20ac \u00e0 19 \u20ac \u00e0 partir du 1er juillet 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Am\u00e9lioration de la prime li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019anciennet\u00e9 et payable en juillet 2014<br \/>\nAnciennet\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0<br \/>\n2 ans + 10\u20ac soit un montant de 110\u20ac<br \/>\n5 ans + 20\u20ac soit un montant de 150\u20ac<br \/>\n10 ans + 30\u20ac, soit un montant de 220\u20ac<br \/>\n15 ans + 40\u20ac, soit un montant de 270\u20ac<br \/>\n20 ans + 50\u20ac, soit un montant de 350\u20ac<br \/>\n25 ans + 60\u20ac, soit un montant de 460\u20ac<\/p>\n<p>Pour le travail des samedis et des veilles de jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s l\u00e9gaux, un suppl\u00e9ment de 35% est accord\u00e9 pour les prestations tardives de 19.00 heures jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019heure de fermeture. Le taux applicable de 18.00 heures \u00e0 19.00 heures est de 10%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cong\u00e9, Pause r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A partir de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2014, un (1) jour de cong\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire est accord\u00e9 aux salari\u00e9s ayant atteint l\u2019\u00e2ge de 50 ans depuis le 1er janvier 2014 et justifiant d\u2019une anciennet\u00e9 de service sup\u00e9rieure ou \u00e9gale \u00e0 10 ans.<\/p>\n<p>Le dimanche, une pause r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9e suppl\u00e9mentaire de 15 minutes est accord\u00e9e si la dur\u00e9e de travail est de 8 heures.<\/p>\n<p>La convention collective aura une dur\u00e9e de 30 mois, du 1er janvier 2013 au 30 juin 2015.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communiqu\u00e9 par le Syndicat Commerce de l\u2019OGBL<br \/>\nle 22 mars 2013<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[48],"syndicat":[78],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
