Cargolux, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire l\u2019Etat luxembourgeois, d\u00e9tient 49% du capital dans cet ancien d\u00e9partement informatique et dispose donc, d\u2019apr\u00e8s la l\u00e9gislation luxembourgeoise, d\u2018une minorit\u00e9 de blocage.<\/p>\n<p>Fin d\u00e9cembre 2012, le personnel a inform\u00e9 l\u2019OGBL que CCS projetait de d\u00e9localiser de plus en plus d\u2019activit\u00e9s vers Manille, la capitale des Philippines. Le but \u00e9tant de faire des \u00e9conomies de l\u2019ordre de 40% tout\u00a0 en r\u00e9duisant parall\u00e8lement le personnel au Luxembourg.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de l\u2019entreprise n\u2019avait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9e de ces projets de d\u00e9localisation. Du point de vue l\u00e9gal, l\u2019employeur n\u2019\u00e9tait pas en r\u00e8gle. Suite \u00e0 l\u2019intervention de l\u2019OGBL, la direction a arr\u00eat\u00e9 les projets de d\u00e9localisation vers Manille. Les 140 emplois au Luxembourg seront donc maintenus.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mobbing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le climat de travail dans l\u2019entreprise n\u2019\u00e9tait pas des meilleurs non plus. Un membre de la direction pratiquait du mobbing (harc\u00e8lement) actif \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de ses subordonn\u00e9s et leur mettait une pression permanente. L\u2019intervention de l\u2019OGBL a port\u00e9 ses fruits puisque ce membre de la direction a \u00e9t\u00e9 convoqu\u00e9 par ses sup\u00e9rieurs et doit \u00e0 l\u2019avenir changer d\u2019attitude vis-\u00e0-vis de ses collaborateurs.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OGBL suivra avec vigilance l\u2019\u00e9volution chez CCS. Pour l\u2019OGBL, les projets de d\u00e9localisation font partie de toute une s\u00e9rie de tentatives d\u2019outsourcing et de d\u00e9localisation surtout la d\u00e9localisation de la maintenance des avions vers Singapour et la g\u00e9rance des pi\u00e8ces de rechange pour les nouveaux Boeing 747-800 vers les Iles Vierges britanniques.
