{"id":1344,"date":"2012-12-21T12:22:59","date_gmt":"2012-12-21T11:22:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/avancees-sur-la-protection-de-lemploi-et-les-conditions-de-travail"},"modified":"2023-06-15T13:17:58","modified_gmt":"2023-06-15T11:17:58","slug":"avancees-sur-la-protection-de-lemploi-et-les-conditions-de-travail","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/avancees-sur-la-protection-de-lemploi-et-les-conditions-de-travail\/","title":{"rendered":"Avanc\u00e9es sur la protection de l\u2019emploi et les conditions de travail"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/cct_secteur_hospitalier_big.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-11154\" title=\"cct secteur hospitalier\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/cct_secteur_hospitalier.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>En date du 21 d\u00e9cembre 2012, le renouvellement de la convention collective pour les salari\u00e9s des \u00e9tablissements hospitaliers luxembourgeois vient d\u2019\u00eatre sign\u00e9 entre l\u2019OGBL et la FHL, f\u00e9d\u00e9ration des h\u00f4pitaux luxembourgeois.<\/p>\n<p>En tant que syndicat majoritaire dans le secteur (81,36 % des voix lors des derni\u00e8res \u00e9lections sociales), l\u2019OGBL a pu conclure notamment les am\u00e9liorations suivantes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Nouvelle convention collective \u00e0 partir du 1er janvier 2012<\/strong><br \/>\nLa convention collective FHL a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9e jusqu\u2019au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2013.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Augmentation du p\u00e9cule de vacances<\/strong><br \/>\nAugmentation du p\u00e9cule de vacances de 19 points indiciaires \u00e0 partir de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2013 (335\u20ac, base indice et valeur du point d\u2019octobre 2012).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adaptation du premier \u00e9chelon de la carri\u00e8re OU 1.0 au salaire social minimum<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>D\u00e9claration d\u2019obligation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale<\/strong><br \/>\nLes d\u00e9marches en vue de la demande de l\u2019obligation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la convention collective FHL sont enfin entam\u00e9es.<br \/>\nFeront partie du champ d\u2019application de l\u2019obligation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la CCT FHL les \u00e9tablissements hospitaliers, les \u00e9tablissements membres de la FHL et les \u00e9tablissements de mutualisation prestant des services \u00e0 l\u2019attention d\u2019un h\u00f4pital (p.ex. GIE Informatique).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Protection et garantie de l\u2019emploi<\/strong><br \/>\nPour prot\u00e9ger les emplois et garantir la condition sociale des salari\u00e9s face aux tendances actuelles d\u2019externaliser de nombreux services d\u2019un h\u00f4pital, une garantie d\u2019emploi sectorielle va \u00eatre discut\u00e9e entre partenaires sociaux.<br \/>\nUne plate-forme a sp\u00e9cialement \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue pour se pencher sur la d\u00e9finition et la mise en place d\u2019une telle garantie d\u2019emploi dans le secteur hospitalier.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Organisation du temps de travail<\/strong><br \/>\nLe plafond de +\/-10 heures de la p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence mensuelle des salari\u00e9s \u00e0 temps partiel est r\u00e9ajust\u00e9 et sera adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la dur\u00e9e de leur tourn\u00e9e de travail r\u00e9elle (pour les temps partiels faisant des tourn\u00e9es de 6,8 ou 10 heures).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Texte coordonn\u00e9 et traduction<\/strong><br \/>\nLes parties s\u2019engagent \u00e0 finaliser enfin un nouveau texte coordonn\u00e9 avec traduction en allemand de la CCT FHL.<\/li>\n<li><strong>R\u00e9forme de la Fonction publique<\/strong><br \/>\nLes parties s\u2019engagent, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019article 28 de la CCT, \u00e0 faire l\u2019analyse de l\u2019impact de la r\u00e9forme dans la fonction publique et \u00e0 la transposer dans la CCT FHL dans les meilleurs d\u00e9lais.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Communiqu\u00e9 par le Syndicat Sant\u00e9, Services sociaux et \u00e9ducatifs de l\u2019OGBL<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> le 21 d\u00e9cembre 2012<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4518,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[51],"syndicat":[75],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
