{"id":1300,"date":"2012-11-08T07:58:55","date_gmt":"2012-11-08T06:58:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/conciliation-reportee"},"modified":"2023-06-05T14:29:17","modified_gmt":"2023-06-05T12:29:17","slug":"conciliation-reportee","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/conciliation-reportee\/","title":{"rendered":"Conciliation report\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-10620\" title=\"Mauerer bei der Arbeit\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/Fotolia.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>En date du 8 novembre 2012 a eu lieu la premi\u00e8re rencontre devant l\u2019Office national de conciliation (ONC) entre les syndicats OGBL et LCGB et les f\u00e9d\u00e9rations patronales dans le dossier relatif au renouvellement de la convention collective de travail (CCT) dans le secteur du b\u00e2timent et du g\u00e9nie civil.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ONC avait \u00e9t\u00e9 saisi par les syndicats suite au refus du patronat de prendre en compte les revendications syndicales d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la convention collective.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union n\u2019a malheureusement pas pu avoir lieu puisqu\u2019un doute existait sur la l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 de la proc\u00e9dure de conciliation pour des raisons formelles. Afin d\u2019\u00e9viter tout probl\u00e8me d\u2019interpr\u00e9tation, les deux syndicats contractants d\u00e9nonceront officiellement la convention collective le 9 novembre 2012. Suite \u00e0 cette d\u00e9marche, une premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union de conciliation aura probablement lieu en janvier 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Ce contretemps ne saura changer la position des syndicats en ce qui concerne leur catalogue de revendication pour l\u2019am\u00e9lioration et la revalorisation des conditions de travail et de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>Les syndicats OGBL et LCGB utiliseront ce d\u00e9lai afin de continuer leurs actions de sensibilisation et de mobilisation des salari\u00e9s du secteur du b\u00e2timent et du g\u00e9nie civil.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communiqu\u00e9 par l\u2019OGBL et le LCGB<br \/>\nle 8 novembre 2012<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4549,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[46],"syndicat":[81],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
