Cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9, faisant partie du groupe Tractel occupe environ 60 salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La convention couvre une p\u00e9riode de 3 ans, du 1er janvier 2012 au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Cet accord pr\u00e9voit notamment les am\u00e9liorations suivantes:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Augmentation salariale<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A partir du 1er janvier 2013, les salaires sont augment\u00e9s de 40\u20ac bruts.<\/li>\n<li>A partir du 1er janvier 2014, les salaires sont augment\u00e9s de 20\u20ac bruts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Prime<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A la signature de la convention, chaque salari\u00e9 recevra une prime brute de 1 200\u20ac.<\/li>\n<li>Sous certaines conditions, chaque salari\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent au 1er janvier 2013 recevra une prime brute de 400\u20ac. Cette prime sera vers\u00e9e avec le salaire de f\u00e9vrier 2014. Si le salari\u00e9 est entr\u00e9 en service en cours d\u2019ann\u00e9e, il recevra autant de douzi\u00e8mes de la prime brute que de mois de travail prest\u00e9s durant l&#8217;ann\u00e9e de l&#8217;entr\u00e9e en service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> Cong\u00e9 d\u2019hospitalisation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un cong\u00e9 sp\u00e9cial de 5 jours maximum par an pourra \u00eatre octroy\u00e9 aux salari\u00e9s en cas d\u2019hospitalisation grave d\u2019un conjoint ou d&#8217;un enfant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cong\u00e9 social<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le personnel a droit \u00e0 un cong\u00e9 social de 2 jours par ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9retraite solidarit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9retraite solidarit\u00e9 est introduite dans l&#8217;entreprise, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019article L 581-1 du Code du Travail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communiqu\u00e9 par le Syndicat Transformation sur M\u00e9taux et Garages de l\u2019OGBL<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> le 1er ao\u00fbt 2012<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4592,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[162],"syndicat":[165],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
