La derni\u00e8re r\u00e9union de n\u00e9gociation a eu lieu le 25 mai 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Cetrel SA, dont l\u2019actionnaire principal est le groupe suisse Six Group AG, compte actuellement plus de 220 salari\u00e9s et traverse une p\u00e9riode d\u2019investissements importants r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans le but de d\u00e9velopper et d\u2019actualiser ses capacit\u00e9s de service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le luxembourgeoise et internationale. Les investissements, pr\u00e9vus depuis 2008, devraient assurer la croissance et la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 de Cetrel au Luxembourg.<\/p>\n<p>La direction de Cetrel insiste sur les exigences de productivit\u00e9 de Six Group AG et demande que le personnel fasse des efforts pour maintenir la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 de Cetrel. Les revendications patronales sont notamment de supprimer 9 jours de repos pour les nouveaux embauch\u00e9s et diminuer de 50 % la prime de vacances 2013. La direction de Cetrel ne veut accorder aucune augmentation salariale. Le groupe veut faire payer au personnel, par des diminutions de co\u00fbts, la modernisation et les mutations en cours pour rendre Cetrel encore plus performant et plus rentable.<\/p>\n<p>Les syndicats sont d\u2019avis que de telles propositions sont inacceptables et menacent la paix sociale dans l\u2019entreprise. Les propositions de la direction tendent \u00e0 abolir progressivement les avantages de la convention collective et provoqueront des discriminations entre les salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les principales revendications syndicales et des repr\u00e9sentants du personnel sont une revalorisation de la prime de vacances, dont le montant est rest\u00e9 stable depuis 2006, par rapport au co\u00fbt de la vie actuel. En ce qui concerne l\u2019augmentation des bar\u00e8mes salariaux, les syndicats ont propos\u00e9 un status quo pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2012 et 2,5 % d\u2019augmentation pour 2013 et 2,5 % pour 2014. Les revendications syndicales visent surtout \u00e0 obtenir des am\u00e9liorations conventionnelles pour plus de justice sociale. Cela g\u00e9n\u00e8rerait des gains pour l\u2019entreprise par la stabilit\u00e9 et la motivation de ses salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les syndicats s\u2019opposent fermement \u00e0 toutes mesures visant \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des distorsions entre les anciens salari\u00e9s et les nouveaux embauch\u00e9s et \u00e0 l\u2019abolition d\u2019acquis sociaux difficilement obtenus au cours des derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies.
