\"\"Selon des d\u00e9clarations du ministre de l’Economie Etienne Schneider rapport\u00e9es par la presse, le Conseil de gouvernement traitera, demain 27 avril, la question sur l’implantation d\u2019une compagnie a\u00e9rienne low cost<\/em> \u00e0 l\u2019a\u00e9roport de Luxembourg (Findel).<\/p>\n

Le Syndicat Aviation civile de l\u2019OGBL, qui d\u00e9fend les int\u00e9r\u00eats des salari\u00e9s de Luxair et de ceux d\u2019Air-France-KLM\/Cityjet, compagnies qui op\u00e8rent d\u00e9j\u00e0 la ligne a\u00e9rienne Luxembourg-Londres avec \u00e9galement British Airways, demande \u00e0 ce que le gouvernement reporte sa d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n

Il faudrait faire d\u2019abord une analyse sur l\u2019orientation et les capacit\u00e9s de l\u2019a\u00e9roport de Luxembourg. Ce n\u2019est qu\u2019apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9tudi\u00e9 tous les aspects, qu\u2019une telle d\u00e9cision cruciale concernant l\u2019implantation d\u2019une compagnie low cost<\/em> pourra \u00eatre prise.<\/p>\n

Cons\u00e9quences n\u00e9gatives sur l\u2019emploi<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le Syndicat Aviation civile de l\u2019OGBL rappelle sa revendication de 2006 d\u2019\u00e9laborer un concept global pour l\u2019a\u00e9roport. Ce concept devrait prendre en compte tous les aspects (fret a\u00e9rien, transport de passagers, administration). Malheureusement, les responsables politiques n\u2019ont r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aucune suite \u00e0 cette revendication de longue date de l\u2019OGBL.<\/p>\n

Toute d\u00e9cision erron\u00e9e dans ce domaine aura des cons\u00e9quences n\u00e9gatives sur l\u2019emploi au Findel. A moins que le gouvernement veuille s\u2019accommoder d\u2019une hausse du ch\u00f4mage.<\/p>\n

Contrairement aux d\u00e9clarations de la ministre du Tourisme Hetto-Gaasch et de la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration Horesca, qui pr\u00e9tendent que la nouvelle a\u00e9rogare n\u2019est pas utilis\u00e9e \u00e0 pleine capacit\u00e9, l\u2018OGBL pr\u00e9cise que le nouveau terminal ouvert seulement en avril 2008 et con\u00e7u pour un maximum de 3 millions de passagers par an d\u00e9passera d\u00e9j\u00e0 les 2 millions \u00e0 la fin de cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Par ailleurs, l\u2019OGBL doute fort que les touristes low cost<\/em> se rendent dans les h\u00f4tels affili\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019Horesca. Un coup d\u2019\u0153il sur la page internet de la compagnie a\u00e9rienne \u00e0 bas co\u00fbt en question permet de voir qu\u2019elle favorise les h\u00f4tels \u00e0 bas prix.<\/p>\n
