D\u2019apr\u00e8s des informations de presse, il existerait un pacte secret selon lequel Qatar Airways pourrait obtenir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 49% des actions. En outre la cr\u00e9ation de plusieurs soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dites \u00abbo\u00eetes-aux-lettres\u00bb, dont deux aux Iles Vierges Britanniques dans les Cara\u00efbes a \u00e9galement fait la Une des journaux. L\u2019OGBL s\u2019oppose cat\u00e9goriquement \u00e0 cette mani\u00e8re d\u2019agir, car il craint une importante op\u00e9ration d\u2019outsourcing. En effet, l\u2019objet social de ces entreprises pr\u00e9voit l\u2019exploitation d\u2019un centre de maintenance pour avions et m\u00eame l\u2019exploitation d\u2019a\u00e9ronefs. Pour l\u2019OGBL la strat\u00e9gie future de Cargolux est d\u00e9terminante pour les activit\u00e9s dans le domaine du fret a\u00e9rien, le d\u00e9veloppement du Cargo Centre de Luxair et du secteur logistique en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transparence exig\u00e9e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OGBL a d\u00e9plor\u00e9 avoir obtenu la majorit\u00e9 des informations par le biais de la presse et a exig\u00e9 l\u2019application de la l\u00e9gislation sur le cogestion.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cet ordre d\u2019id\u00e9es, l\u2019OGBL a critiqu\u00e9 la mise en place d\u2019un soi-disant comit\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique qui \u00e9laborera, jusqu\u2019aux vacances d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, la nouvelle strat\u00e9gie de Cargolux. Les syndicats, les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du personnel et les repr\u00e9sentants au sein du comit\u00e9 mixte sont exclus du processus de r\u00e9flexion. Ce n\u2019est qu\u2019apr\u00e8s une discussion mouvement\u00e9e au sujet du respect de la l\u00e9gislation de la cogestion que les ministres ont fait une ouverture et ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 vouloir analyser la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019associer les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel \u00e0 cet exercice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qatar Airways sera limit\u00e9 \u00e0 35%<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le ministre Wiseler a confirm\u00e9 l\u2019existence d\u2019un document confidentiel appel\u00e9 \u00abShareholder Agreement\u00bb, selon lequel Qatar Airways ne pourrait pas obtenir plus que 49% des actions.<\/p>\n<p>Le ministre Schneider a expliqu\u00e9 que ce n\u2019est que vendredi dernier que le Conseil de Gouvernement a pris une d\u00e9cision d\u00e9finitive quant \u00e0 la pond\u00e9ration future au sein du capital de Cargolux. Selon cette d\u00e9cision, les actionnaires luxembourgeois maintiendront leur 65% des actions, et cela m\u00eame apr\u00e8s une augmentation du capital. Qatar Airways sera limit\u00e9 \u00e0 35%. Le ministre de l\u2019\u00e9conomie Schneider a parl\u00e9, dans ce contexte, d\u2019une \u00abquestion hautement politique\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9sidence du conseil d\u2019administration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la revendication de l\u2019OGBL de remplacer l\u2019actuel pr\u00e9sident du conseil d\u2019administration par un pr\u00e9sident neutre, le ministre Wiseler a inform\u00e9 que le mandat d\u2018Albert Wildgen devrait \u00eatre reconduit pour une ann\u00e9e. Cela permettrait selon lui une continuit\u00e9 concernant la mise en place de la nouvelle strat\u00e9gie.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OGBL maintient son point de vue et a exig\u00e9 que le pr\u00e9sident soit d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par un vote secret lors de la prochaine r\u00e9union du conseil d\u2019administration mercredi apr\u00e8s l\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des actionnaires.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Entreprises douteuses aux Iles Vierges Britanniques<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2018OGBL a critiqu\u00e9 fortement la cr\u00e9ation de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s dites \u00abbo\u00eetes-aux-lettres\u00bb par Cargolux au Luxembourg et aux Iles Vierges Britanniques dans les Cara\u00efbes, par lesquelles il est possible d\u2019exploiter un centre de maintenance pour avions voire m\u00eame d\u2019exploiter des a\u00e9ronefs. L\u2019OGBL qui craint une vague d\u2019outsourcing, a engag\u00e9 une proc\u00e9dure judiciaire et a obtenu gain de cause, car la l\u00e9gislation concernant la cogestion n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 respect\u00e9e. Les ministres ont refus\u00e9 de commenter cette affaire et ont renvoy\u00e9 \u00e0 une prochaine r\u00e9union du comit\u00e9 mixte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019OGBL exige une quadripartite<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OGBL exigea la mise en place d\u2019une quadripartite et de poursuivre, ainsi, la table ronde initi\u00e9e en 2006 par l\u2019ancien ministre des Transports. A cette occasion, toutes les questions concernant l\u2019a\u00e9roport furent discut\u00e9es en pr\u00e9sence de tous les acteurs. Pour l\u2019OGBL, il est important d\u2019associer le Parlement \u00e0 ces discussions primordiales.
